I contacted plumb tech for a plumbing issue at my property. When they said Jimmy was going to be our tech, we were ecstatic! Jimmy is a dedicated and very reliable worker. He very knowledgeable, quick fix any issue and executes it with professionalism and ease!

I just want to give a BIG Shout Out to Jimmy Angel for going above and beyond when he fixed my clogged bathroom drain today. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. He gives Plumb Tech a good name through his EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you, Jimmy!!

I am a service manager at a 80 unit apt complex. Anything I needed that has to do with plumbing or heating they were my first call. Very respectful and professional.

We've awarded Lorenzo from Plumb Tech two jobs at a small apartment building we own (6 units). In 2015 he re-plumbed the entire building from one system into 3, so that in the future if we had issues with one unit we wouldn't have to shut water off to all units. He did this work while our units were filled, with minimal impact on our tenants, and his team was fantastic. As a very involved (female) owner, they never made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions or watching over the work, and they always took the time to fill me in on what it was they were doing. This year Lorenzo helped get us through a corroded sewer line in one unit, again with minimal impact on tenants and tolerating lots of pestering questions from me. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber around, he's not your guy. But if you want a master plumber who will answer your calls; who will show up to assess problems; who will fit your project in no matter how pressing his calendar; who be respectful; who maintains a responsible staff; and who will be fair on pricing - then you definitely want Lorenzo.

These guys did an amazing job. They fixed an issue that another plumber left us to deal with and were very gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

Renovation experience damaged by subcontracted plumber, Lorenzo Villegas owner of Plumb Tech LLC
Mr. Villegas initially dismissed my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing with “I’m the best.” Then my new downstairs shower backed up into my beautiful new basement – he told me “it happens.” During the renovation process, my water heater began to leak, run constantly, and the release valve was warmer than the pipe above it, yet heat rises. After “three” he said, release valve changes, then an expansion tank added, and another “this is a good water heater” it’s still leaking.
These are minor, and could have been simple hiccups in a renovation process, but Mr. Villegas began to openly and aggressively resent and berate me about actually addressing my extensive concerns about the condition of the plumbing.
Whether Mr. Villegas of Plumb Tech LLC didn’t feel properly compensated by the General Contractor or is just defensive and abusive by nature --it's not my doing and I should not be cussed at.

Good people, Doing it right.

They were on time, did great work and had great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend them.
