Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

We got our sewer replaced by Spartan Plumbing. They took the time to the time to explain to us all the different things that go into a sewer replacement. The service was great and very well priced. We had a bad experience with Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing Solutions. Bill came to look at our sinks, put caulking around them, charged us $85, and didn't fix the problem at all. Phone calls were not returned. After a month or so, we filed a complaint with the BBB, which went unanswered by Bill Griggs. The woman who recommended Key Plumbing to us also ended up with shoddy worksmanship and no return calls. (We later paid a handyman $60 to replace both of our faucets and the sinks are working perfectly.) If Bill had simply called us back, we could have worked something out but he took our money and ran with it. I will avoid Bill Griggs and Key Plumbing in future.

I used Bruce and team over a weekend where the water heater went out in my rental property. My tenants were confounded and couldn't figure out how to get it working again. Bruce spoke with them over the phone and walked them through a few options, attempting to fix the issue so I wouldn't have to pay the $200 weekend service charge. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be fixed over the phone, and they had to come to the house. Within an hour, they were able to temporarily resolve the issue (though they found that the tank had corroded and recommended I pursue the warranty). Bruce offered to apply a portion of the weekend fee towards my install if I went forward with After Hours Plumbing. We had a few hiccups during scheduling, but Bruce was responsive and owned his portion of our miscommunication. Bruce and crew drained my existing water heater, picked up my new one and installed it all in one day. They were prompt when they did arrive, and my tenants said they were clean and respectful of the space. Regardless of the issues we had with scheduling and some misunderstandings around some of the invoices, Bruce was extremely responsive, kind, patient and accommodating. This isn't a faceless company, this is a company of people who work hard to make your day better -- especially in times of stress (as with any plumbing issue in your home). I would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They're good people.

We have been using At Your Service Plumbing Company for two years. They have done smaller jobs for us (roto-rooting, etc) and, more recently a multi-day job (replacing our entire mainline).
Everyone that I have dealt with at At Your Service has been extremely kind and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate any special requests that we have.
They went above and beyond when replacing our mainline; a backhoe had to be brought in for digging, fence panels had to be removed for it to fit into the yard and my garden had to be dug up. They removed the fence panels very carefully, made an effort to retain as much of my garden soil as they could, and at the end of the job, spent extra time putting everything back together.
Finally, their pricing is fantastic! I compared bids with two other companies, and At Your Service Plumbing Company was the best priced using the same materials and amount of labor.
I have already recommended At Your Service Plumbing Company to a friend who also needs her mainline replaced and will continue to recommend them.
