I would use TCF for small emergency plumbing issues, but not for anything else.
They ended up having to come back and dig up the work they did because they did not pull a permit for the work - we only found out because another contractor hired to work on a different section of our basement told us they couldn't start work unless the previous work had passed inspection (for liability reasons). When we asked TCF for the permit, they tried to give us a million excuses, telling us they didn't need it, that they could submit the permit with photos, and that they were friends with the inspector. Inspector had no idea who these people even were and photos did not suffice. They worked with us to solve the issue, but the fact that they didn't know the code and tried to gaslight us out of a permit was really sketchy.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

They were very professional, came in wearing their boot covers and gloves, troubleshot the issue, and gave me three different price points for the job they were tasked to do. They did an excellent job with the work, and cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. This company responded to us on the eve of a cold snap and got to us within 24 hours. Ilija was responsive and fixed a number of problems--he even had all of the supplies needed to do a few odd jobs.

They came to my house to repair a few leaky pipes and remove faulty saddle valves that are no longer up to pluming code.

Very easy to work with and didn't make me feel like they were ripping me off.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
