I called them to get my pipes checked out. They were really efficient quick in and out work. They even provided me with a video showing exactly what my pipes looked like which was great and really useful.

Per usual, Done did it right! We've used them for years and always turn to them for all our plumping needs! This time around, Chad helped to install a new water heater when our original one had kicked the bucket. He was on time, professional, kind, explained all options and frankly went above and beyond what was needed to get us hot water again! We are a family of 6. Erik is the real deal; he is professional, punctual and communicative. He does consistently excellent quality and reliable plumbing and sewer line work.

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Jaime P., who responded immediately to my last-minute request and got us scheduled for the next day, and JJ G., who showed up to take care of the work. He was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. What more could one ask? It was a small job that a lot of electricians would have (and did) turn down, and yet I was treated like a VIP. Thanks to the team at Tipping Hat, the rest of the project was able to proceed without delay. I'm happy to recommend them, and they will definitely be the first call I make next time a plumbing or electrical need comes up. Thanks so much!

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
