Clayton had to open remove a pipe coupling to clear a branch line and then cause a permanent drip at the pee trap under the sink. Now my kitchen sink is unusable. I was not advised prior that he wouldn’t be able to restore it to a usable status before he did the work. He also cleaned the mainline but did a good job.They have done good work in the past for me.

I read all of the other reviews and had really high hopes. Our gas line had a leak on Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, they showed up with no tools and said they could fix it on Friday. Then they no-showed on Friday. I called another local plumber and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. If you need a plumber in the Denver area, I recommend calling Applewood Plumbing. They were cheaper, faster, and more professional.

Paid a premium price to get video image of roots in sewer line for insurance as well as root cleanout. Never received the video after numerous requests even though I saw an image on his phone. Also cleanout wasn’t performed adequately, said he didn’t have the right equipment and a lot of roots remained as evidenced by another company.

Great showroom and great service with excellent work

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Scam Alert. I contracted service from Elite Rooter to unclog a toilet that turned out the be a major replacement of a sewer line. A quote for $9600 was provided to fix the sewer clog. During the exploratory excavation Elite Rooter determine an additional $21000 was required to complete the job which consist of digging an additional 25 feet? I informed Elite Rooter to terminate the job when the Elite Rooter supervisor stated he could go 10 feet for an additional $9600 and it should (not guarantee) fix the problem. I preceded to contact three other vendors all gave a guarantee completion quote ($7600-$9800) to go the additional 25 ft if needed. Also, all stated that the quote they provided would have been given to complete the initial job. When I contacted the corporate headquarters to complain, they stated corporate policy was followed and implied to “go pound sand”. So, if you need sewer work done and have no problem with paying three times the initial quote bestowed then this is a company for you.

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

Had a problem with the main line drain in our house late evening on a Sunday. Called Doug from AtC and he was at our place in less than half an hour. He snaked the drain, (read fixed the issue) and was professional and efficient the whole time. He did a great job, and was in and out in ~1 hour. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs drain services in the future.

I had a new furnace installed and it's quite a change from my 21-year-old furnace that was in urgent need of replacement . I was treated courteously by Jamie, Adian, Gabe, and Alden. thank you so much for your hard work in getting my system installed quickly and professionally. It's a big job but they got it all completed in a day. They left the house and yard picked up and neat. All the old equipment was hauled away and the new system is working beautifully. Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
