John was extremely professional and friendly. Apparently it was his first day with Drain Terrier but you would never know. He explained everything he was doing and was able to offer a very fair price in replacing our washer hookups. He even noticed a leak in the hot water hose after he was done (unrelated to the main reason I called) and took care of that too. I will definitely use Drain Terrier again for future projects or emergencies.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

I’ve used Tipping Hat in the past for several repairs including Furnace replacement, duct work, and plumbing installation and their work was always performed with quality, timeliness and reasonable cost in mind. So went I needed my AC unit replaced I reached back out to the team over there. They provided several options, including some upgrades and work with us to find the right solution within budget. Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.
