I called at 4:45pm on a Monday, they had a service-man (Pete) out to my home at 10:00am the next morning. Super professional, did a great job explaining what was wrong, why, and how to keep it from happening again. Fixed my problem 100%. These are our go-to guys from now on for all plumbing needs. 5/5 service in all aspects.

Get in line early -- Doug is in high demand, for good reason. He's a pro at diagnosing and fixing problems, gives great customer service, and offered tips on how to avoid potential future problems when he made a service call to our house regarding a kitchen sink/plumbing issue. Because it wasn't an emergency, and it was a busy time of year, he couldn't get RIGHT out to see us, but he paid a call quickly and got the job done professionally.

My son went to disconnect my old dishwasher and had a shower when he tried to close the shutoff under the sink. Plumbing is not his favorite field so we called our friends at Tipping Hat and they sent Andrei who arrived on time and with a fully stocked truck. He recognized the issue and gave me the quote quickly. Since he had everything needed for the repair, I gave the go-ahead and he performed the repair in no time. He was a master plumber who checked all faucets for leaks, repaired one dripper and then left. Andrei is really good at his job and an excellent example of TH employees. Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
