Prompt response to call for winter leak in water line outdoors, quick arrival at texted time and quickly helped get water line turned off - not a simple feat as had to pump out area around water meter at street as it got flooded by leak then turn off. Charge fair ($150) for emergency visit in early Friday am (he came at 7:30a) and time and effort. Estimate pending for leak fix-bigger project -

Chris and Keith were wonderful electricians! They both came early, worked professionally, and fixed a big electrical problem with a fair price. They were also helpful at educating me on how the house was set up and what to look for in the future. I could tell that it was important for both of them to get the job done right. Sunday afternoon, other companies giving 5-7 day appointments, for a clogged toilet/shower. These guys picked up the phone, they were on site in 20 minutes (!), and took all time needed to fix the issue that was a blockage almost 100' down the line. Top notch

Sasha is excellent. He was able to come same day for an emergency and fixed a water line and draining issue no problem. He even had treats for my dog! Could not recommend him more.

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
