I broke the outside hose bibb and called these guys. Miko was very professional, and on time. He knew just what to do, plus the price was right. Will certainly call them next time!

Between the news and evidence of the dirt that was caked on my entire furnace to the issues I had with my AC, Michael and Jacob were absolutely fantastic. Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

They came out to clear kitchen drain. Wanted $630 .I said no way.. next day I called AAA PLUMBING. Got it done for $35

Craig Wright fixed our sink. They were here only 2 hours after we had called in for service and fixed it within 45 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again and will definitely request our technician to be Craig!!!

Carlos came in and helped my girlfriend on Monday in Lakewood and I certainly didn’t expect to see him again up north at my place in Lafayette, but he drove up and I had the same great service and conversations as we had the day before. Very solid service with options as we went along. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed as he pulled a garden of roots from my sewer line. Very happy on both occasions and will use the PNM next time I need a plumber. Thx!!

Called yesterday (Friday) morning and I was told that they’d be here from 5-7pm. When they weren’t here at 7 I called and was told that the appointment was pushed back to a 7-9 window. They again didn’t arrive at 9, so I called and was told they needed to reschedule for Saturday at a 5-7pm window. I was even sent a text confirmation of the time, so we planned our afternoon around the appointment.Saturday comes and again no arrival during the window and now no response when I call to ask where they are at 7. Finally ay 8:30pm I get a call telling me they’d need to reschedule again.We’re finding another plumber. We planned our family’s schedule around the times they gave us, and they not only failed to show up 3x during arrival windows, but I had to constantly call to get updates to find out why they didn’t show. Learn from our mistake and go with another plumber.

Daniel was professional, cheerful, and informative. He diagnosed several issues in a matter of minutes, offered a variety of cost-effective solutions, and even cleaned up his predecessors' mistakes in a few short minutes. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers.

The team at AAARK are excellent! My home is a prefab from the 50's and NOTHING is an easy project.

My parents have had a variety of jobs done by AAARK and they (and I) have always been impressed by the quality of work, speed of service, and courtesy of the team. There was no question of who I would have perform the jobs.

Jimmy and Stuart upgraded my electrical service and combined two boxes into one. Unfortunately, my home has a very tight crawl space and attic, but they got the job done. They were able to really clean up the look, give me back some space on the wall, and set me up safely for some future home wiring projects.

Once the electrical was done, Travis and Chad were able to haul away my ancient furnace (they said they've only seen that model in the Lenox museum) and install a new, quieter, more efficient unit and thermostat.

While those items were being tackled, Nick and Michael installed a tricky shower door and made sure the majority of the plumbing of my long-term bathroom project were all in order.

The team will be out next week to install an evaporative cooler (6 years without any cooling system!) and I cannot wait to have that done and update this review.

Update 03/31: The team returned today and the evap cooler is installed and looks incredible. Very excited to have relief this year from the heat. It was placed out of sight from the front of the house and the registers are placed seamlessly to provide perfect airflow.

Carlos of Golden West PHSE was one of the better technicians i've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Very polite and amiable! In this time of Covid he was followed guidelines and mask use which i appreciated. Carlos spent a lot of time going through the workings of our boiler heating system which was very helpful. It did not take long for him to complete his inspection and made several sensible recommendations for the future. Golden West Should definitely hang on to Carl as he is an excellent and very knowledgeable individual that represents himself and the company in the very best manner. I would highly recommend Goldeln West Plumbing, Heating, Air conditioning and Electrical for my future needs. By the way their pricing was very good for services provided.

Spent 7000 only to have sewer line backing up a week later now they say need another 5500 because they didn't see the full problem before doing the 7000 repair

Sewer main line cleaning was good, prompt, but EXPENSIVE! Got charged hidden fees - they had to go get special equipment (+$75 fee) because I had a narrow doorway to get through and they charged me for the time to drive to their shop to go get it. In the end I paid 2 to 3 times what other companies quoted (after the fact, knowing the details). Make sure you know what you're getting into and what the competition offers.
