My water pressure at the service valve was running at 120 psi. It should be somewhere near 60 and 80 psi. Because of the high water pressure, the faucet fixture hardware and things like diverters were getting worn out which causes malfunctions and disruptive sounds.

This company was quick to respond, with the ability to come out within the next few days.

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Plumber has been great, very professional and polite. He replaced my water heater and did a great job. They came out on the same day I called, unlike the last company I called, and I got a better quote and better service. I will be using them again next time.

$472 to unclog a urinal. A couple weeks later, it was leaking where they replaced a rubber seal. Called back for warranty work. It was 1 day over the warranty, so they charged me another $417 to repair--this time with no warranty. NEVER use them again. Over priced, poor quality.
