Best Replace Main Water Line in Denver CO

It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

This is the second time we've had work done by Done and there's a reason that's their name...when they come out, it's done.We were told by someone that came to check our furnace that our water heater was getting ready to go. He gave us an exorbitant price for replacement and did a lot of trying to explain why the cost was so high. I told my wife to tell him we'd call him back but the people we called were Done.We scheduled an inspection and Bryan Hertges was the person that appeared. He concurred with the previous evaluation but we were presented with a much more palatable cost for replacement. Bryan advised it would take up to three hours so we scheduled for later in the week. Bryan was right on time and finished under the three hours. He was extremely efficient and professional and my wife was very comfortable having him in the house.I encourage anyone with plumbing issues to feel comfortable giving Done a call. Their stickers are on all my appliance for a very good reason...they get it Done!

Savannah was very quick to get us set up and Brian was prompt, professional, and did the job well without leaving a mess! I would recommend this company.

Thomas is a very knowledgable individual who offers great service for an honest price. He goes the extra mile to inform the home owner about the condition of surrounding parts and makes sure everything is to code. Will be calling on him again for future endeavors.

Austin, Romeo, and Landon did a fantastic job helping to get our new furnace and AC installed. Austin in particular did a wonderful job explaining his work, the intricacies of the new system, and how to operate and maintain it. We even got a great little signed thank you card from them at the end. That’s right, they thanked US after a long had day of work. So here’s our review saying a big thanks to you, awesome job!We also had Cesar come out and finish up on some electrician work that was needed for the humidifier after the fact and he was super quick and respectful. Great job all around!Just had Jay and Noah install a new toilet for us as well, both were professional, respectful, and quick at their job. Did well and they were done in no time, thanks so much!

Barely passable as a plumbing company. No consideration for cleaning up, left a mess behind. Did not properly install the water heater and had continually lost items during the install. Would not recommend.

Kyle was very professional and did some excellent work for me when I had a leaky pipe. Very prompt and thorough throughout the whole process. Prices are fair. I will be using this company for all my plumbing issues from here on out!

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

Called Roto-Rooter after encountering a sewer back up issue this morning. A technician was on site within 3 hours. Allen Anderson was our service technician, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job.As a 1st time home owner and new to plumbing issues I did not know what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Allen provided top-notch service, and we are fully up and running again.

Technician came out 6 hours later than they said they would, but I assume this was a problem with the dispatcher. Technician was professional and did a good job. Job was very expensive.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief. Also came out on a Sunday without an extra weekend charge. Will call if ever future needs.
