We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

I have hired Around the Clog three times and been so pleased every time with the level/quality of service and fair pricing. Once for adding a water supply line to the exterior, another time to diagnosis of/repairing brown water in the bathroom, and most recently getting to our house quickly to clean our sewer and rescope it to save our real estate sale from falling through due to a bad inspection done a few days prior. I also love that they never ask for a review but clearly people love them as you can see from their current rating. I almost never leave a review but am so grateful for the great service I received again from this team, I felt compelled to write something.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

A water supply pipe in our house recently broke, which required all household water to be shut off. We called WHE and their technician came over and fixed the pipe that same day. We called Roto-Rooter after desperately trying to find someone to help with a failed sump pump and water backup. Was unable to get anyone to come until we called Roto-Rooter. The office staff where friendly and helpful and dispatched technicians the same day.Cole came and assessed the situation and gave us bid and returned later to installed a new sump pump.Cole was efficient, professional and courteous. We recommend Cole for these reason and would use him again without question.Also, Steve, with the restoration team at Roto-Rooter came and looked at our water backup. He evaluated and offered much appreciated advice and how to proceed. We recommend Roto-Rooter and would use them again.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to thank Ipc plumbing & drain cleaing for coming out on such fast notice on Christmas day. They where so nice and respectful in our home. The price was fair for sure. We will use and recommend to family and friends.
