Best Plumbing Inspection in Denver CO

I had a problem with a humidifier that caused flooding in my finished basement. Another plumbing contractor came out and totally botched the job. Done came out and re-did everything professionally and with a one year parts and labor warranty. I wouldn’t use anyone else but them next time. This kind of work isn’t inexpensive, but the value for the money was absolutely there. Thank you Aaron AND Lucas!

We Had our sewer line replaced by them, about 40 feet . They Did a professional job and completed everything in a day. Reasonable pricing compared to some of the quotes we got. Recemended to a neighbor and they were also very pleased with thier work .

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

I’ve been arguing with myself on whether or not to post this, but I feel like my experience has been less than spectacular. I called Drain Terrier last week to come and give me a quote for replacing some floor drains (as they kept backing up and the drains have seen better days). When I called, I was promptly scheduled for a mid-morning appointment. Lisa and Savannah were both super nice and professional. Fast forward to the day of the appointment. I get a call about 30 minutes before my appointment that other jobs are taking longer than expected and was asked if we could move my appointment back (understandable, and I mean, I get it). So my appointment was moved back by a few hours. This happened one more time that day and my technicians, Gary and another, finally came around 4-5 pm. They were friendly and courteous and listened to what I was concerned about. They didn’t have the proper equipment with them to scope my floor drains so we scheduled another appointment for the following day. The next day, Gary and a different guy, show up right on time and with the right equipment. They quickly scoped my floor drains and found two really bad dips and really bad scaling/corrosion within the cast iron and recommended replacing all cast iron in my basement. I requested a quote for that and they mentioned that I would receive the scope video in my email shortly after my appointment. Fast forward a week, my sewer has backed up a couple more times and I’ve had a couple other plumbers out to give me quotes (doing my due diligence, they’re actually pretty competitively priced) and I still have not received a scope video. I’ve called and been told twice that “we will have it to you by the end of the day.” We will see if I actually ever get it. Due to the issues above, I would probably not recommend this company to a friend nor use their services again.

Erik came out after hours as soon as I called him. He came completely prepared to handle all possible sewer repair needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and performed my service thoroughly! I will have him come out for annual service and hire him for any and all needs as they arise! Best service ever!!!

Around the Clog replaced a gas water heater fast and and at a fair price with excellent communication and workmanship.

Seth and Matthew were on time, respectful, friendly and clear on the problem and the remedy. They fixed the issue and thoroughly tested the results. We felt we were in good hands and highly recommend Tipping Hat. We’ll definitely call them should anything arise in the future. AWESOME SERVICE!

These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

My drains started going slow last night, and when I called a different rooter service, their next available booking was a full week after. This morning, even my toilet wasn't flushing so I knew I was in trouble. Roto-Rooter was able to come out within an hour and help me unclog and diagnose the drain. They eventually discovered that the sewer pipe outside my house is misaligned and that I'll need to contact the HOA to repair. Thank you for the speedy service!

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
