I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Great experience. Alex answered his phone on a Sunday, not a recording, amazing! They came out the next day and completed the job. Issaid was extremely professional, on time and replaced the water heater in less time than expected. Will definitely recommend for future business.

Edited review:After initially giving Roto-Rooter a one-star review, I have upgraded it. I was contacted by the national office of Roto-Rooter, and discussed the problem via telephone.The National representative (Pat) was extremely apologetic and professional.He refunded the account charges 100%.I've used the services of Roto-Rooter for years, and I will continue to do so.The young man showed up within the 4 hour window, and then it went downhill from there.He wanted to charge $300.00 to replace a tank-to-bowl kit.Outrageous was my response.I told the dispatcher what I wanted to have done, and he didn't show up with any parts. That's the dispatchers and management's fault!He also didn't have the right tools to do the job.That's management's fault and his.After 3 hours later, he said he was finished. I asked him if he tested the toilet for leaks. Yes, was his reply. Guess what I found! A leak on the left side of the tank.That was his fault!It was easy to find, because there was a stream of water across the bathroom floor. Instead of waiting for him to come back, I did it myself.I should be reimbursed 100%.I do give credit to the young man, because he didn't give up.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Highly unprofessional

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.
