August 2022: Pipes started thumping near the water meter and diagnosed it as a defective pressure reducing valve. Terrier came out the next day (free visit) to check and confirmed the issue, and offered to repair it same day. The service price was reasonable. The utility company said they’ve seen some plumbers charge 2-3x what I paid for my service. Another big plus was that the service guys were dog people and let my lab hang around. Would use again.

I have never had a better experience with any service company. These folks get it. Kudos Prime!!

The blockage in the main sewer line was removed. It took about an hour or so. It cost me $350 which seemed excessive. The two workers were professional and effective but I doubt that they received even a third of the money charged. Everything is going up under Trump except hourly pay for the people who actually do the work and entitlement programs for the elderly and disabled.

Roto-Rooter came to our rescue when we needed it most. Amid the global pandemic we had a plumbing mishap that left the majority of our appliances out of commission including our sinks, shower and washing machine. With the whole household stuck at home without any working plumbing, we were caught in an increasingly stinky situation. I called Roto-Rooter late on a Friday and they were able to schedule us for the very next morning. Not only did the company call us 45minutes prior to his arrival but our technician, Chris V., also followed all the CDC guidelines in regards to the pandemic. Chris was able to get our household up and running within a matter of a few hours and walked me through step by step how things went wrong, what he was doing to fix it and how to prevent it in the future. Chris made sure to clean up as he worked and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

Bruce was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive and professional when fixing our shower head. He stayed to finish the job until almost 1030 pm; even though I feel most plumbers would have said that they needed to come back in the morning. Also, so personable, respectful, and cordial with everyone in my house, including my daughters. He had us all laughing by the end of the night; despite how late it was! We would definitely recommend Bruce and his team and will definitely be calling again if something else needs to be fixed!

Adam H was the tech who came to check my furnace pilot light last week. He was punctual, pleasant, and conscientious. He replaced an ignition part to keep the pilot light going. I will continue to monitor if it stays on but wanted to acknowledge Adam’s effort during the service call.
