We had a plumbing emergency on the day before Thanksgiving and were able to schedule a scope of our main line. They also showed us what's causing the back up - and provided an estimated price to repair it. We'd love to explore this repair further and hope they're able to provide a more detailed explanation of what they're doing as well as the costs associated.

Very quick and professional response and scheduling. My wife called Roto Rooter on 5/15/23 and Isaiah was there to help us in 30 minutes. He was very professional, helpful, and got us cleared out. On 6/6/23 our line was clogged again I called Roto Rooter at 4:30 PM. They did not have any one available immediately, but they had Uriel to us in 2.5 hours. Also very professional. The second trip was under the 6 month warranty and performed with no charge, with very little disruption to us.

Dave replaced a water pressure reducer valve for me that was causing water hammer issues. He was on time and professional (wore a mask which I appreciated). He first attempted to adjust the valve to avoid replacing it, but then we learned it did require replacement. He took care of the replacement in about 30 minutes and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Despite a mixup in scheduling, it was remedied and the plumber arrived within the scheduled time and quickly unclogged the drain. He was polite, masked and professional. We will use this company again and recommend them to others.

After the last 2 months of rain, we started having main line issues. After running a snake myself, about 40' out and getting nothing, it was clear that the problem was further down. I called this company and was able to get a morning appointment the following day. The initial call was professional, courteous and friendly. The rep took time to listen and answer questions and gave accurate quotes, for the work.
After scheduling, I received email and text confirmations.
The day of the appointment the company texted to say the technician was on the way and then the Tech (Carlos) called shortly afterwards to relay the same message. Great communication.
Carlos arrived, listened to what was going on and then got to work. My situation was not out of the ordinary, but, we could not find the outdoor clean-out and had to go through one, in the basement utility room - that was about 5' off the floor. If you have ever pulled a drain snake, you know it's harder to do, at head/shoulder level. We agreed that running the camera down first was the best course, to see what we were dealing with. This also allowed us to see if there were odd angles, that the snake and cutting tip might not be able to navigate. There were about 7 curtains of roots blocking the last 60 feet of pipe, by about 80%.Carlos pulled the camera back and went to work with the snake and cutting heads. He was able to get all but 3 blockages, open to 80%. The remaining 3 were at 60% open (the remaining roots were hanging from above).
This all took about 2.5 hours. During that time Carlos sent the camera down 4 times to check the progress and the last time was to make the video.
In the end, we had a flowing mainline, that could now be maintained. Bear in mind, I have owned the house since 2006 and this was the first time ANY sewer line work had been done.

Carlos did a great job, was very informative and respectful of my home and surroundings. He did not try and push or upsell anything. He was only interested in getting the drain flowing, doing a respectable job and leaving the customer satisfied.

I will definitely recommend this company and Carlos, to friends and family and call on them again, in the future.

This company is one of the best out there. I called them for a cleaning and service to our air conditioner. Jake Canaday was our technician. His knowledge of air conditioning was outstanding. He had all the tools and parts he needed. He explained the options for our system and made several suggestions that turned out to be what I had done. Our work was finished quickly and I was able to get to work. Jake is the person I will ask for if we have another problem. He was one of the few service people who was honest and didn’t try to tell me we needed a new system. He also really seemed to like his job! Spoke well of his company and made me feel my problem could be fixed the first time.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Wow! Carlos truly exceeded expectations. He arrived promptly, was friendly and efficient in his assessment of my issue. He meticulously went through every possible scenario before zeroing in on the root cause. And what do you know, it turned out to be a problem with my gas meter, not my furnace - as another service provider had suggested, who wanted to charge me a whopping $2,000 to replace the gas valve and switchboard. But thanks to Carlos' professionalism and unparalleled expertise, I was saved from that unnecessary expense and now have my heat back in action! This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.
