We had a tech come out for our furnace. On the phone they said it would be $127 for a 33 point inspection and a light cleaning. The guy comes out and after ten minutes shows us a part and says he has to turn the whole thing off and tried to sell us a new furnace, we wanted a 2nd opinion, so he left without finishing the inspection or cleaning but we still had to pay him the $127. Turns out the only problem we had was the thermostat! I called and was told that the $127 doesn't include any kind of cleaning even though I was told it did and I was told a manager would call me since I asked for either a refund or a tech to come out and do what we paid for and no one ever called!

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. We had Izzy come to the house and fix our air conditioning system. He went above and beyond to make sure that the air conditioning and the HVAC system was in order. He’s been in the business for 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him and AAA Service to get the job done properly. They have a great membership quality program. We went out of town, and when we got back, the ac wasn't working properly. We called AAA Service to see about a service visit and they (Izzy) showed up early the next morning to fix it. The technician had me sign but did not tell me I was signing off on the job and that I was satisfied. However, I was not satisfied with Andrew who put my furnace door on upside down. I contacted the business and was told someone would call me back, but after 2 days no one did so I tried to return the door to the correct position but I sincerely believe Andrew broke my door. The latch is broken and the door will not go back on.

Our go to company for the last couple years to service our swamp cooler. Always on time, do good work, never usually have to wait more than a couple days at most for non-emergency appointments. They're not the most expensive company we've used, but they're definitely the most reliable and professional. Thanks for keeping our old swamp cooler running, Andy!
