James and the other employee that might have been training responded to my call and very quickly fixed my toilet. They were friendly and professional, and also offered a lot of insight that was helpful and valuable. They were honest and direct with me and overall, they saved me from a headache and provided a great service! A business transaction I am very pleased with! I will be doing my business with them again!

Called Erick for a clogged drain and found the pipe was inaccessible under concrete. He installed a new drain pipe to our kitchen sink/dishwasher at a very fair price saving us a major hassle. Will use again in the future.

Thomas was awesome. This was his second time out in a week and he was early (asked if ok first), professional, wearing protective gear on his shoes/face, and super easy to work with. We got our sewer replaced by Spartan Plumbing. They took the time to the time to explain to us all the different things that go into a sewer replacement. The service was great and very well priced. We worked with Sam and Gabe and really enjoyed our experience. We will be going back to them for all our future plumbing needs!

I had an issue with a furnace they installed last year. They responded quickly and even called to let me know they had earlier availability than my appointment. I didn't appreciate their bait and switch approach. They told me that the blockage in my drain was not fixable with their equipment and that I needed to do a $3000 excavation and replacement of a section of the cast iron pipe and that it was the only option available to me. Although I agree that would be a better solution, I didn't appreciate them telling me that they couldn't do a more short-term solution like puncturing through the clog or whatever. I asked them directly, and I've had several people come in the past, including someone that did a full water pressure cleaning, so I know it can be done. After they left, I was able to use my drill-powered snake to clear the drain myself. I know its only a temporary solution, but I know they could have done it themselves. It took 10 minutes and was super easy. So I try to assume that people have good intentions, but I think they were lying to me, or at the very least were being dishonest. Although these guys seemed very professional, I wouldn't recommend them for their dishonesty and trying to push people to costly repairs even when they are not required. I understand that businesses need to make money, but treating customers with honesty and giving them ALL the available options is the sign of a business that values integrity.

That all being said, the fact that they could point out to me the exactly location of the blockage was useful information and why I gave them 2 stars instead of just 1.

I always call this company when I need plumbing services. They came out this year to fix our drain issues and gave me a good price for the service, I looked around at 3 other companies for quotes this one was the best. Highly recommended.

We were assigned this company through our Home Warranty Insurance for a simple matter of a clogged drain. I was assigned a time window of 11-3, which is not a problem. I understand that is the way of the world. Received a call at 1:15 stating the tech was on the way and should be at my home in an hour. All good. 2:45 rolls along and I did not receive an update regarding a time. I finally had to call the company, leave a message, before I got a response at 3:15 stating the tech was on his way. When he arrived, he blamed Google maps and asked if people had difficulty finding the house because it was not showing up. I have lived here for almost 9 year, I have given this address to delivery drives, Ubers, etc, and not one of them had any issues locating my address. When the tech arrived, sans face mask, he went downstairs to the problem area. Long story short, he did not come prepared with the tools to do the job, told me he would be back the following day at 10 (I am writing this review at 11:45) to finish the job. To make matters even worse....he did not seal the main plug he opened so when I took a shower, water spilled all over my basement. So basically, I had to finish the incomplete job he did sealing my valve. Also to add insult to injury...he made the flooding issue worse. I am an advocate for small family owned businesses, but I will never use or recommend this company. I don't know if it was an attitude of Ohhh...it's just warranty work and we are not getting a full fee or if it is something more. I have called the warranty company with my review as well and made clear they are never to send this company to my house for any follow up work and send a different service provider.
