First they were able to come see our issue day off, had text updates for arrival, and sent name of the team member that will be arriving. Jake was our technician, great guy! Thoroughly explained everything and went the extra mile to point out anything else beyond what we called for that he thought should be addressed. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Worked quickly and efficiently. Without a doubt we will be using this company moving forward!

Our heat went out during the polar vortex! The Horizon guys showed up within the hour, first thing in the morning. Ben and Jon were great, very friendly and professional, they got our system back up and running in no time. Highly recommend!!

Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

This company did work on my 2 toilets & 2 showers. They did a great job at a great price. The job was done in a timely manner.

Last week the Plumbline guy Ran a camera down the sewer line and told me it was ‘the worst sewer line’ he had ever seen, and that I needed to get it replaced immediately. The bid was $20,000!! The video was very poor quality, so even when I sent it to other professionals, they could not make any determination from it. Today I had HydroPhysics and 24/7 Drain come out at the same time. They roto rooted the line and took a quality video. Outcome: the entire sewer line is intact, and there was only a root intrusion near the city main which they ground out with the rooter. Plumbline was CLEARLY either highly incompetent, or more likely flat out dishonest about the condition of the sewer line. VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED. How can they sleep at night?? I’m disgusted!

Bill Griggs and his team are professional, flexible and do what it takes to get the job done. Not once - but twice he saved a job for me where my clients had used another plumber because he could get to the job sooner - but he overcharged them and completely messed up the install. Bill's team came out and fixed it without us having to delay the rest of the job! So grateful there are still master tradesmen around that are customer focused!

I’m a Realtor who tried to schedule an appointment for a job for client who lives on the western slope. They were recommended to me by the company putting in the chlorine injection system. However, they would not schedule without the Client’s ok - client is deceased (probate home). The woman I spoke to was very rude and all of a sudden when I asked for a supervisor, she all of a sudden said she was a manager. I asked for her boss’s contact information. She didn’t like that very much and put me on hold. I hung up. Very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!
