Carlos was fantastic!! He had some incredibly challenging work with fixing totally corroded, leaking, galvanized pipes. It was very, very tough just to separate the 100%++ rusted pipes from each other. He is a very hard worker and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job. Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

I just wanted you to know what a great experience I had with your company both in the office and field. I called about 5.30 pm on a Friday night with a main sewer line back up and was told that you could have someone to my home within the hour. Dean arrived at 6.00 and from the moment he got there he was the most professional, courteous and all around great guy. He went to work cleared our sewer line and also cleaned up all of the mess in about an hour and a half so we could continue with our evening. What a fantastic way to do business.

Time Inc. was great! Scheduling was easy and the tech, Chad was great. He went over everything with me and gave me a quote and then took care of the work. He was nice, professional, quick and showed up on Time, hence the name. He offered me options and made me aware of other concerns in the house that he and Time are able to address. Chad also made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving, which I was. And as a bonus he cleaned up after himself and the mess I made in trying to fix the problem myself.
