He gave us a lot of great tips and information about our HVAC system and even inspected a water heater we has issues with. Jim Knight arrived, and after looking over the requested repair areas, sat down with me, and my relatives and did a great job of explaining the repairs required the plumbing in order. Even though it was later in the day, he promised to get the work done before he left - and he did.Jim did a great job, especially in the way he explained everything to my elderly mother-in-law, who was paying for the repair.
