Kevin the electrician came to check out a switch in my condo that wasn't working. It turned out the wires were fried and the previous electrician didn't follow best practices and the switches weren't grounded. Kevin took the time to explain to me why and how this happened along with the implications and dangers of leaving the rest of my switches that way. I trusted everything he told me and ended up having all of my switches replaced by him to be up to code and safe. I was very happy with all of his services, felt comfortable with him in the house and I know he gave me the best possible price!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Nathan Fisher. He came to my house quickly and on time to fix a pipe that was actively leaking into my kitchen. He was genuine, kind, efficient, and walked me through what he was doing so that I was aware. He showed compassion and was ethical in every way. He did an excellent job and I feel confident that the work he did was thorough and precise. I will absolutely be hiring Nathan for all of my plumbing needs in the future and am so grateful that he fixed our leak quickly and kindly! He was also the sweetest with our brand new puppy, which I think speaks volumes to his character!

These guys did a great job repairing my HVAC duct and vent. I called them on Monday morning and they were able to see me that afternoon. They worked quickly and were easy to communicate with. I would use them again in the future no problem.

This is 18 months after my experience with Time plumbing, but I have had so many other contractors and workers point out how awful this work is (and that I was ridiculously overcharged) that I thought it best to share with others. In the winter of 2021, my pipes froze and we realized it was because there was an open outdoor vent blowing air inside my basement ceiling. They caulked around the outdoor vent and then they haphazardly cut this hole in my ceiling, stuffed a little bit of insulation around this pipe and then stuck a vent over it. (They also left all of the debris of the work behind, scattered all over my floor.) They charged me over $900. This is, in part, my fault for not knowing enough--but this is why I call (and trust) experts in the biz. I have since had the ENTIRE basement ceiling insulated (drill and fill) and it cost me LESS than this terrible band-aid fix. The experts who recently insulated my ceiling said, at the very least, they should have replaced the drywall and patched it (rather than placing a vent there). I'll be doing this myself shortly. I used Time previously for a water heater replacement and had a decent experience, but I will never call them again. I feel incredibly foolish, but also: If they're going to take advantage of my ignorance, they are likely to take advantage of yours. Go elsewhere. There are more trustworthy companies out there. EDIT: Adding a response to the owner below: I emailed about this (and the mess) March 6, 2021 and never received a response.

We are so grateful for Time and Eric our technician! Today, we had an issue with our main electrical line. It was cold and we were out of power until we could get the repair completed on an Holiday. Eric was timely, responsive, honest and thorough in his work. He listened and stuck around after the power was restored to ensure everything was working properly. Thank you for being open today and for taking the time to help us. We were able to have power restored in our home, avoid frozen pipes and the peace of mind knowing the issue with our main line was resolved.

Took 10 minutes to fix our shower drain after another plumber said we were at the point of breaking concrete which we had accepted. Told this to Chad who said he would still like to give things a go first.

Had it fixed in 10 minutes for less what the other plumber charged to do nothing.

I praised him for his due diligence and he had the offhand response of, Well, ya know, I like to sleep at night as though it was a formulaic exchange, telling me he is accustomed to customers praising for his integrity and favorably compared to other plumbers.

had a plumber come by- he told me my sink was to old to fix and did nothing to solve my issue other than turning off the faucet. Got charged 120 dollars for absolutely nothing. Following that I had another plumber come and fix it in less than 4 minutes and he said, it was a very simple fix I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Updated: Probably the best customer service I've ever seen from an HVAC company. Owners take a lot of accountability and go the extra mile if you have an issue.

Had an appointment for a Friday afternoon and had moved my schedule to accommodate it. They called me at 11:30 am on Friday to say they couldn't make the appointment. Disappointing scheduling, will use another plumber!

With a house full of Christmas guests our main water pipe ruptured in the -16 weather. Time sent Anthony within an hour and fixed the break. He recommended reroutes to avoid further breaks since the older house was not plumbed wisely for cold weather. We had our sewer line replaced abd basement replumbed several years previously by Time and have been very satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend them.

We had a leak on both the hot and cold water valves for our washing machine on Sunday. Called Time Plumbing on Monday at 7:30am to schedule and had the job completed by 3:30pm Monday afternoon (We live in the Foothills). We could not be happier with the scheduling, the timeliness, the communication and the excellent work replacing the parts for our plumbing issue. Also, I had additional questions the next day and received a phone call from the owner of Time Plumbing and his response to my question was above my expectations and extremely professional! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely use Time Plumbing and Heating for any issues in the future without hesitation. A++ customer service and response.

I had to have part of the main sewer line replaced which required some excavation in the basement as well as major excavation outside the home.
Both the owner whose name is Brad A. and the Senior technician whose name is Wesley J. are absolutely wonderfully kind, helpful, considerate, and totally knowledgeable AND willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. The workers knew what they were doing and little or no supervision was required. Everyone is very conscientious and they all take pride in their work. The job was completed in one day and when the workers pulled out it was difficult to see that any work had been done outside because they very carefully replaced the rose bushes and the landscape stone work. The inside was cleaned up, leaving almost no trace (other than the cement patch). I would trust and recommend this company any time and to any one without reservation.

Chad Cooper did an amazing job installing multiple electrical outlets and a dedicated line for a new ejector pump. Because we have an old Victorian house, this was not an easy job, and we knew that going in. Chad is an excellent electrician, very experienced. The lines in our basement in this 120 year old house we’re connected to outlets upstairs that sometimes caused breakers to flip. And we had extension cords just running everywhere here in the basement. Plus, we have walls that are brick and stone covered with plaster, some of which are a foot and a half thick. Solid, no hollows in the walls to run wire. Definitely not a job for an inexperienced electrician. Chad was not only skilled, he was thoughtful, responsive, and careful in tracking time and costs. He’s the full package! Highly recommended.

Chad, the electrician was very professional and personable. After discovering no short in my old fluorescent fixture, he suggested he could convert it to LED that would last for many years and a cost savings. He did that for me.

Anthony, the plumber was also professional, personable and a good detective. Finding the source of the leak and realizing there were barriers to get to it, he reached out to a HVAC colleague. He fixed the pipe and did a good clean up job. I felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I left for a while.

Chad was an absolute pleasure. His care, kindness, and customer service was stellar. He went above, and beyond the call of duty. If you need work done, Chad's your man. He is an asset to your company, and in my opinion he deserves a ten star rating. Thank you Chad!!!!!!!!

Justin came out and gave me a quote to replace my broken water heater - price was in the ballpark of the lowest quotes I received so I decided to go with On Time to do the replacement. He already had the 50 gallon tank in his truck and was able to replace the water heater in the same visit! End result looks great and he also primed every faucet in the house after he was done so everything worked flawlessly when he left.

Update - Time's owner, Brad Apple, reached out to me by email and by phone. He apologized for the technician not doing a pressure check on the system, and for the long delay on the invoice and diagnosis. He told me that Time is a family business (not a chain) and has been in business for 40 years in the Denver area. He was very respectful and clearly upset that things happened the way that they did. I understand that mistakes can be made, and people are human, and don't want to make a business suffer that clearly has majority good reviews and has been around for a long time (and wouldn't be if my experience were standard). Brad offered to fully refund the charges. I am leaving the original review intact below, but wanted to make this update to indicate that mistakes can be made and amends can also be made. I have also changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to make it neutral.

I have an under powered AC that has struggled with overcoming higher heat over the years and thought I may have a coolant leak. I had been told in years prior by other HVAC vendors that I had a small coolant leak and paid for recharges. I asked Time to take a look at my system for this year's service, and was told on a Friday that I had a significant leak and I needed either a major $3K repair, or replace the outside unit for $6k (with purchase of coolant), or the entire system for $8K (which would include the coolant). I did not receive an invoice with a detailed explanation of the repair so I could compare costs with other HVAC companies until 11 DAYS LATER, after repeated calls requesting the invoice and diagnostic explanation. This was during consistent over 90 degree weather, and the AC keeping the house in the upper 70s and low 80s A friend recommended another HVAC person to me, and he tested the pressure and said it was actually a little over pressure, and there was no leak!! He did say that there was some coolant on the outside of the unit by the valves but that was likely due to previous shoddy work. He explained that my AC system was too small for my home, and that is the reason it struggles, not that there was a leak. He recommended either replacing the system with a higher tonnage (more powerful), or, just do a better job of finding other ways to cut down on the sun's heat, like better blinds and UV+heat blocking window film. Finally, an honest evaluation. Oh, and he said that $8k for entire new system was about $3k too much, and that he could do a basic complete system for $5k. Do not use Time!!!

We called them out to look into a leaking toilet. In fairness to the company, they were able to get someone out very fast to help so we did appreciate that. However, once arriving the technician calls us to tell/complain to us he can’t find parking. Our driveway was empty & there were probably 20+ parking spots within 100 yards of our house…

Then once he was in the house the guy was pretty arrogant the whole time, and then quotes us $580 to fix what turned out to be a leaking gasket in the tank of our toilet. I know for a fact that I can buy the parts for this for $20 & do it in less than 30 minutes - I respect the fact that they have a business to run but its kind of outrageous to me to have been quoted nearly $600 for this type of fix. We were concerned that there was a bigger issue going on and, as first time homeowners, we wanted to be safe and have a professional out to look into it and overall I felt like it was just really unprofessional & disrespectful the way he showed up and conducted himself. I would recommend looking elsewhere

Came to find out last night that our heater wasn't coming on. My husband couldn't sleep having nightmares of what replacing our furnace was going to cost. Time was the last on the list we called, BUT I AM SO GLAD WE CALLED THEM!!!! They were able to fit us in same day, Mike quickly diagnosed the issue was with our thermostat, give us a heads up on how much time we have left on our furnace, and then quickly and efficiently replaced the thermostat.

I am a repeat customer and I cannot say better things about Time Plumbing. Any time I have an issue I always call them and am always able to schedule something right away! Their service is amazing, prices are fair and they truly care about helping you even when it's out of their control.

We had our sewer line scoped by Vance! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He provided recommendations based on the what he saw in the scope. We were fortunate not to need any immediate service. But we have the piece of mind knowing. Time Plumbing will get all our future business!

I have also let the owner know how his employee represents this company and have been met with a similar response.

Even after sending the owner video of his employee being reckless, rude, and harmful to the community the owner has responded with there is nothing wrong with those actions.

I even reached out as a fellow business owner trying to make sure he knew that his employee is hurting his reputation in the local area by flipping people off on the road and driving like a crazy person.

Justin and Dan arrived right on schedule. They inspected the hot water heat system (boiler) and wrote up a proposal to fix the issue. They were very clear about what was necessary, and I had the option to say yes or no to the proposed repairs. Justin showed me the manual of all the repair costs, so these figures were not just made-up costs. They both were very conscientious about my home ~~ not dragging in dirt on their shoes and were extremely courteous and explained their work, so I was sure to understand all the repairs and billing.
I did not feel threatened or worry about my safety while they were in my home. I would call Time Plumbing again!! Thank you Mr. Brad for having such Wonderful Employees!!! Kitty W

I had a backed up drain in my basement and called TIME plumbing to come out to give me a quote to fix this issue. The technician used a camera in the line to determine that there were roots and quoted me $15,500 (yes, $15K) to repair the whole sewer line. The other option was a $1500 hydro-jet clean-out. Obviously I got a 2nd opinion. We ended up going with Colorado Sewer who fixed the problem for $430 with a 90 day warranty. I would shop around before using TIME plumbing.

Update: I spoke w/ Brad, the owner, who was very accommodating and did end up refunding out service call fee. I really appreciated his customer service and integrity.

Chad C. arrived on time and serviced the breaker box, which had crackled and hissed when I tried to reset a breaker. He solved the problem in record time (25 years of experience in the business!), was professional and friendly. A best business practice would be to clone Chad, who loves life, people, music, his job, his boss, and most of all his son. I will use Time (and Chad, I hope) in the future. No extra charge for Saturdays. Thanks, Time!

Nathan did an excellent job of diagnosing the leak in my upstairs bathroom. He took the time to order me a new toilet to match my existing fixtures and installed it promptly. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Nathan is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Time to anyone.

Chad from Time Plumbing diagnosed and solved a problem two other plumbers had missed. In the process, he caught a second leak from my dishwasher that could have turned into a disaster. Justin J. replaced a water heater, installed a PRV, and a new circulator pump for me. After getting quite a few quotes from various shops around town, I ultimately went with Time (and Justin) because they were competitive in pricing, but also made me feel that they were going to do a quality job, which turned out to be the case. My tech, Justin, was detail oriented, communicated well, and ultimately did very good work on my system. I will be using Time again for plumbing needs in the future.

I've used them a handful of times over the past few years (new furnace, electrical work, plumbing leak, new sewer pipe).

Every time I've had them out they don't try to scare you into spending more money and they've fixed the issue immediately.

They recently replaced my sewer pipe and were very understanding about me wanting to do a spot repair vs the whole line (for cost reasons) and were more interested in working within my budget vs upselling. They were flexible when I changed my mind the morning of and rescheduled for the entire line replacement as well

Nathan Fischer was our plumber who identified the leak problem immediately and was able to repair it in rapid time and at a fair cost. He was prompt and very professional, I highly recommend Time plumbing and especially Nathan.

I had called another company for a leak under my kitchen sink, and was told nothing until November 5! Called Time, and Nathan Fisher showed up same-day, near the beginning of the time window they gave me. He was knowledgeable and just went above and beyond. He provided me a few new hoses at no extra charge, and even replaced a light in my stove for me that I couldn't get the cover off of! (This was not even on the job list.) He also provided friendly, down-home conversation during the repair. Service like this almost doesn't exist anymore--thanks, Nathan--I now have a go-to plumber!!

Time plumbing is a very service oriented company. From the time I called to make an appointment to when the plumber left, I was treated professionally and friendly. When I made the appointment they asked all the right questions to determine which services I needed and the coast that would be associated with them. They scheduled a time which met my needs. Lyle, the plumber, called and said he could arrive earlier if that would work for me. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and asked me to show him the problems I was having. He asked the questions needed to select the the proper equipment for the job. He was careful with the procedure and did not rush through it. He cleaned the line all the way to the city sewer and checked the water flow to make sure everything worked well. He was careful to clean the snake as he removed it so no sewage or water got on the floor. He mentioned other services that he could do or that I might want to have done in the future. He asked if I had any other plumbing needs and also asked how old my water heater as most people don’t think about that. He was not pushy about any of these services, just informative. The bill was exactly as quoted. I was very pleased with his service and the service of this company and would recommend them without reservation.

Chad wired our basement, he was professional, friendly, and did and excellent job. He corrected previous electrical work that was not safe and up to code. I will call him back to do more work upstairs when the time comes. Chad worked well with our 9 year old inquisitive grandson.

I'm really frustrated. We had heard good things about Time Plumbing and called them about our sink which had started leaking significant amounts of water. When they arrived, the sink was not currently leaking but it was very obvious that there was a problem. The plumber stayed for about 25 minutes and then left - without diagnosing a single issue. I had to stand near him and ask for him to perform diagnostics, like running water, flushing toilets, running the dishwasher. He came up with absolutely 0 possible solutions, charged me 120$ and left. The sink has leaked 3 times since he left and there is nothing I can do and I'm in the same position, only with 120$ LESS. I would have expected some help for that amount of money.

These guys tried to charge us OVER $500 for a part they didn't even have with them. He also told us that that was at a discounted price. While he left to go get it another company showed up (my husband called a lot of places). This company - DR FIX IT - QUOTED US $60 for the same part/same solution to the problem and he had it with him. We are SO LUCKY that DR FIX IT showed up at that time! We would have been out HUNDREDS of dollars because who really knows what fair prices are when it comes to this stuff? You can get taken advantage of SO easily and it almost happened to us. These guys are NOT to be trusted. Use Dr Fix It instead! They're awesome- the guy wouldn't even accept our tip because it's not 'company policy'! Their knowledge and level of honesty is impressive!

Ken Mulac of Time Plumbing Heating did an awesome job with a boiler replacement for me. The project required dismantling and removal of every bit of my 100 year old cast iron boiler up a steep narrow basement stairway, then carefully building a brand new unit. Ken was great. He arrived on time with a smile and got right to work. I appreciated his professionalism. He showed attention to detail and made sure the new boiler was working perfectly. He assured me of his availability for any questions when I start my heat this fall. At the end of the job before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned the whole work area without me having to ask him. I trusted him and his obvious work ethic. He even took time to fix an issue with my kitchen sink while he was there. I was extremely pleased with Ken as well as David A., Justin and Chad. I’m glad I made the decision to use Time and would definitely recommend Ken Mulac to my friends.

Overall, we were very happy with with the service. We had a waste water ejection pump go out in our basement. We called in the morning to schedule an appointment, and someone came out within just 3 or 4 hours to fix the issue even though it wasn't an emergency which was great. The tech identified that the pump had gone bad and left to purchase a new one. He came back and installed the new pump and now the system is working perfectly! The pump he installed was $400. The bill was $2,200. He was there for about 3.5 hours including leaving to get the part and coming back. This means we paid over $500/hour in labor. I'm not sure what a fair rate is for plumbing work like this to be honest, but that seemed very high. Overall we were very happy with the service and the work performed, it just seemed pricey.

Chad with Time was extremely helpful. We were first impressed by how quickly they were able to come to our house. We had called three other electricians and all had said it would be over a week until they could make it over since it wasn't an emergency. I called Time and they set us up with an appointment for the next day! When Chad showed up we were convinced that Time was the right company for us to use. He was very friendly and did a great job looking at the issues we needed fix. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of other problems. Even though he found other problems he was not pushy about trying to get us to fix them at the same time, he just wanted to inform us so that we knew about potential problems that may need to be addressed. We were so impressed by his professional analysis and the fact that he wasn't just looking to add on more to our bill that we asked him to fix it at the same time. He was glad to do so and spent a lot of time working at our house to make sure everything was fixed correctly. Chad did all of this with a smile which just made the whole experience better. We will certainly use Time in the future and we'll also be sure to ask for Chad. We highly recommend you do the same!

I originally had a couple great experiences with this company on the plumbing side. I’ve more recently had terrible experiences though. I just got a quote to replace my gas valve on my furnace and was quoted over $1850 to do this repair. I called someone else and got it done for $800. Time used to have published pricing for common repairs but that is now gone. Beware of their pricing as it is extreme!!!

Nate at Time Plumbing did a great job at a great price. He was on time both trips as well and even helped me better understand some plumbing basics. I definitely recommend Nate and Time plumbing and electric!

Since Nate came out and did a great job i called Time Plumbing out again to get my water heater, furnace, and AC certified for an upcoming sale. I called at 9am and had two people out same day by 2pm. Wes did a great job on our water heater and Jeff did a great job with our furnace and AC.

I am typically a difficult customer in that i really expect great service. I have had Time out 4 times in 2 weeks for 2 seperste topics and first off they were on time ALL 4 visits. They are professional and also great teachers. I am a DIYer and i appreciated that they were happy to teach me or walk me through alot of what they did. WOW, what a great experience I had with this company! Jeff was very professional, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a special circumstance and needed a new furnace in a short timeline. Jeff and his team found a way to make this happen instead of the normal 2-3 day timeline. After doing some research, I did find their prices to be a bit on the high side in comparison to others. I did find a coupon that helped some and that’s the only negative I could think of. I have had Wesley out twice and Nate out once. Both were absolutely brilliant. Nate installed 4 brand new toilets, installed a vanity AND the faucet. He absolutely killed it. Was super happy to chat throughout the day with us, skipped lunch so he could work to get the jobs done and save me money. Wesley was my first experience with Time Plumbing and Heating. I called short notice around 3. He was on his way home in Castle Rock and stopped by my house around 3:30. Was at my place until 7:30 helping me repair the water line to the fridge, giving me advice on what type of toilets are best and even helped me rip out the original vanity and 2 toilets that’s Nate eventually came and replaced. Wesley also came and installed a new garbage disposal along with new plumbing from a new sink I had installed. Helped me cap off two unused water lines, I mean the list just keeps doing. If you have any plumbing needs whatsoever, Wesley or Nate are the fellas to call. They are CLEAN, respectful (wore their masks the ENTIRE time) and do just all around spectacular work. I needed some electrical repairs, found this company and they are GREAT! Highly recommend will use again. Chad was my technician and he was amazing, very knowledgeable and very professional.

Robert was great! He had our problems diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner. Time Plumbers had good communication, available and capable plumbers, and fair pricing. Will definitely call on them again for future plumbing needs.

Excellent work done by Nathan on our fridge line and some auxiliary work done in the basement piping. He was very good at tracing sources and destinations for the pipes and was very informative on what lines and add-ins to them were needed and why or why not. Absolutely appreciate his candor and will definitely call back if I experience any more water-line hiccups with this old house.

I will say that I've had positive experiences with these guys in the past so I'm hoping the most recent was a one-off. They are very responsive and reliable. I called them recently to remove a bathroom sink and toilet and put a temporary cap in (which I had already bought... they're eight bucks). When the guy showed up he spent an hour talking to his boss to see if they could even do the work. When he finally came back he told me it would cost over $3K. I wasn't asking them to replace anything or fix anything. Just literally take the toilet and sink out. That's it. I told them we would pass and paid the $115 in fees just for them to come out. I then had a a demo guy come out and do the exact same work for $150 in like thirty minutes and I just popped the cap in myself. Saved myself about $2900. I'm not sure what happened on this visit but probably won't go back to them given the up front fees to get them to come out just to get outrageous quotes.

*edit - I'm upping this to a four star review. The manager called me several days later to try and make this right. Apparently his plumber was confused about the work that needed doing (though it was extremely straight forward). He refunded the service fee and apologized on his behalf. I'll probably go back to these guys in the future as I said, they've been great in the past. Guess I just got a bad egg on this visit.

We had a great experience with Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric. Our boiler service technician Greg T. was kind, courteous and professional. He was incredibly informative and when the part needed to repair our boiler was not available on the weekend, he found it for us first thing Monday morning. We would definitely recommend Greg and Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric for any boiler service/repair needs!

Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced. Every technician took the time to explain things and also just really nice.

Dan came on the weekend to install a new garbage disposal. He was very helpful and informative. He definitely went above and beyond! I became a Time Saver Member and I like the monthly charge to be a member (rather than annual) and all of the benefits that are included. I look forward to working with Dan and Time Plumbing again.

Would highly recommend to anyone. He was patient and accurately diagnosed our broken water line, explained how it happened, and provided alternative solutions at different price points. Job was performed to expectation and I feel like I learned something about the house and plumbing in general.

In all of my years of home ownership, this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a service company. There was not only zero follow up from the “plumber” who was sent over, but I was also told that the owner would contact me and he never did either. It is very frustrating when you take time to wait for the plumber to show up, then walk through plumbing issues in 3 bathrooms, only to experience a total waste of time. Two of the bathrooms had issues with the shower components, and one bath needed the flushing kit in the tank to be adjusted or replaced. The plumber did not seem to interested or knowledgeable in solving my issues. I was told that he needed to do some research and he would be back in touch with me in the next two days. He never got back with me and when I called a week later there didn’t seem to be any interest in following up. The second time I called I was told that I needed to speak to the owner who was out of town and he would contact me upon his return. This also never happened. I called back on a Friday and was told that the owner was unavailable. I was told again that he would call me the following Monday morning. You guessed it, this never happened either. My issues were never properly addressed and there was absolutely no follow up. I will never recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of professionalism, knowledge and lack of concern and follow up.

I am posting this on behalf of my mother in law Ruthann who was very anxious about replacing her boiler and hot water heater.
After over a year of not having a dependable hot water heating system, Time Plumbing and Heating showed up Monday and put in a new instant hot water heater boiler that is 1/4 the size of the Munchkin system that had been in place for over 20 years. The people that worked so diligently were very thorough and personable!!! Brad, the owner, stopped by several times to check things out. I felt so much confidence in what was happening in my laundry room!!!! Thank you so much. It is a great feeling to have a competent company to call when needed.

I called Time to fix my heating after one of their competitors left me without heat for over a week. They were able to get Justin Jahn out to my house the next day. Not only did he fix the heat, he went above and beyond to explain to me how all of the pipes and parts to to the boiler work and what I should expect if something doesn't work in the future. He explained the quote thoroughly and also mentioned what they would recommend fixing in the future, which I appreciate! I got a great lesson on an important piece of my house and heating fixed! In the midst of these crazy times, Time Plumbing came out and fixed my emergency plumbing issue. Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, and did good work. He went above and beyond, and that extra consideration will make me a repeat customer. Price was right, I was charged what I was quoted, and there was no pressure. I actually ended up adding a service because I was treated so well.

Can't say enough about the fantastic service from Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Our tech was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that our swamp cooler was ready for use this summer. I really appreciate how upfront he was about costs and how he provided me with the information about the service. Scheduling was also really easy and I was impressed with how quickly we were able to have our service scheduled. All around great service and great value!

We have used this company a few times, at two properties, and they've been stellar every time. Great communication, always let us know when they're coming and arrive on time. Chad C was especially helpful and efficient in diagnosing and solving a minor plumbing problem (which we feared might be major). He spent extra time explaining everything to us and showing us how to handle a few issues ourselves so that we wouldn't have to call anyone out again. Very impressed with his dedication and professionalism. Excellent service all around from this company.

About a month ago I lost power to 1/2 of my home. After reaching out to several electrical service companies I found Time and within days Chad C came out to the house to diagnose the issue. After a few hours Chad was fairly certain that I had a problem with the feed to the house. He explained it all very clearly and indicated that he would either have to run a new line, which included digging a new trench, or find the break and splice and repair. The first option is expensive and included tearing up the back deck and yard. The second option was not guaranteed but Chad was fairly confident that he could find and fix the break. Not only did Chad find and fix the issue but he did so the next day when he was to be off work. Within 48 hours I had power restored to all of the house including the much need A/C unit. Anyway I commend Chad for his professionalism and willingness to fix the issue on his day off. Not only did this save me over $1,500 but the repair was timely and skillfully done. I would recommend Time Plumbing and Electrical to anyone needing service. My repair was far from simple and yet Chad used his expertise and experience to get my power back on quickly. GREAT JOB, will use again if I have any plumbing or electrical issues. Thanks Time and thank you Chad.

Called around 8 in the morning on a Wednesday, and Nathan came out that day around 2. He was a likeable guy and competent plumber. Fixed our drain problem and happily answered all of my questions based on his years of experience. Left the place clean, and cost was reasonable. Thanks Nathan!

Nate did an excellent job, was very informative and obviously very knowledgeable in his job. He did not push additional service that I may or may not have needed. He was polite and pleasant to talk to and have in my home. Additionally he was very diligent to thoroughly clean up and put everything back exactly the way it was before he came. I feel I could trust him and Time Plumbing and that alone is worth a lot.

If you're looking for some help with your plumbing, I can't recommend Time enough! Nathan and Kodey came over to help with a clogged drain in my kitchen. The arrived early (and called beforehand to make sure that was ok), were extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. It has been about a month since they fixed the sink and it's still working better than when I moved in. The cost was also very reasonable so no complaints here.

Time Plumbing and Heating sent the best service person for my plumbing issue. We are in a 3 year (brand new) home and a loud humming sound was coming form our water heater. After the first visit Anthony gave us the amount and what was needed to correct the problem. Since we were so happy with the first call we asked for Anthony again, we were so satisfied!! Anthony explained what he was going to do and how long the service call will take. Anthony was professional and answered all the questions before , during and after the service. Wesley J did an outstanding job. We've had floor drain issues in the past - and he has helped. He also warned us that our water heater was just about done. So when he called him to install a new one, he was quick and more than efficient. I trust his experience and expertise and would recommend him (and Time) to anyone.

I was happy to find that the cost of installing a new faucet at Time plumbing was significantly cheaper than their competitor. Justin got the job done very efficiently and was kind and informative. Justin helped us understand what caused the problem in the first place and came up with a solution to solve our water pressure issue also. We are very pleased with Justin's service and knowledge!

Found this company based on their great rating with the Better Business Bureau when I needed some gas pipes repaired. They had someone out same day, Nate. Very friendly and most importantly honest. I never felt that I was being misled or pressured. Nate showed me exactly what needed repairs rather than simply telling me which I appreciate. And the final product looks great. I'll certainly be using them for any plumbing and electric work I need in the future.

Based on my recent experience with this company and particularly with its technician Nate Fisher, I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. I had a sprinkler problem and the soonest I could get any of the three other companies I contacted to respond was in 1-2 weeks. [One company didn't even bother to respond to the email that I had left at their site's request.] Time Plumbing came out the day after I contacted them.

The person that was sent, Nate, is a highly competent sprinkler repair person. He quickly diagnosed my problem - while saying that until the repair was made he couldn't be sure no other issue existed - and gave me a firm quote for the work. I contacted Time Plumbing and set up an appointment for three days after their first visit. Nate came as promised and was able to quickly do the work and to repair some ancillary problems that we discovered after he reactivated the system.

I was highly pleased with the work performed. Additionally, Nate is a very personable individual and is happy to talk about both the work he's performing and a variety of other topics.

I had a great experience with Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric. They ran a gas line from my hot water heater to the oven in my kitchen. Joel R. arrived early within the time window I was advised of. He was professional, polite, and hardworking. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. The cost of the job I cannot comment on as I did not take the time to compare bids for this project.

Anthony surpassed my expectations when he came quickly the day I called. He was friendly, efficient and put up with the hex that has made our bathroom remodel very challenging. He had all the right solutions and did a great job. Thanks for the professional service! Highly recommend.

Time Plumbing & Heating really came through for me. My 33-year-old unmaintained furnace finally gave up the ghost. Time sent Mike L. the next day. He was very knowledgeable and we settled on a reasonable option. Mike came on the appointed day and finished the job with great alacrity. The furnace is as good as advertised. Very satisfied all the way around.

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my 95 year old neighbor replace his very old panel and was courteous and amiable and even allowed him to show off his armed service patches and pictures. Company provided a Veteran discount and price was reasonable.

Anthony did an excellent job. Clearly communicated with me on what he was troubleshooting and did his best to take the most cost effective approach to fixing our problem.

He had us back up and running in no time without an extra surcharge for coming out on the weekend. I would highly recommend Anthony and Time and will use them again for future plumbing/electric needs.

update: had a 2nd small leak and Robert came out and fixed it quick (under warranty, no charge). I thought I smelled gas a 3rd time and Robert came back again and this time everything was good to go, Robert was definitely a big help both times.

EDIT: I had to come back and change my review after having used this company two more times since my original review.

A few months ago we had to have our kitchen drain snaked due to backup problems. Nate came and was awesome as usual. Very helpful advice and very kind and courteous. A day after his fix, I had water soaking my kitchen cabinet where the drain was snaked. A pipe fitting was not tightened after the job and water leaked over everything in the cabinet. Easy enough for me to fix myself, but because I paid money for the repair, I don't feel I should be responsible for making sure all the pieces are put back properly.

More concerning was when we called to have someone come look at our swamp cooler in early May. We were having what we thought was electrical problems. Chad came out and helped us. He said it wasn't electrical but that we needed a new pump and motor and we were charged over a $1k - extremely overpriced for those items that we have fixed ourselves, but I wanted the issue done with so we had him fix it. He left the job that night with us having a completely non-working unit. To his credit, he did come out and redo the repair the next day. But today (6/9/18 ) only a month after the repair and a thousand dollars later, we have a swamp cooler that is not working. I will never call on Time again for a repair or service. They do not do a thorough job. They send techs that don't know a lot about what they are fixing. And they price gouge. I will say again, the people are very nice, but the work they do is not trustworthy and their prices are extremely inflated.

Oh my gosh what a great experience. A good friend of mine recommended Time Plumbing and Heating to me. I had to install a new Furnace and Air Cooler to my home before I could sell my home. I called Time Plumbing & Heating for estimates. Their office staff was extremely polite and helpful. Justine came to my home within days of my initial call. We discussed prices and the project began that day. I feel they were reasonable with the cost of installation and products. I will recommend Time to all of my family and friends.

This is the second time I have used Time Electric and highly recommend them. Timely arrival, the work was done professionally, and there was no mess left. I indicated to Chad a possible second electrical need in my 46 year old condo. He gave me an estimate. He suggested I consult with my son (which I always do no big ticket items). I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've been a Denver/Metro homeowner for nearly 30 years and I am both thrilled and relieved to have finally found a great, HONEST (read: really reasonably priced) and timely plumber and A/C person!
Using a different local service, I had unresolved issues with my swamp cooler all last year, so this year I called Time Plumbing instead. Chad Cooper (with Time Plumbing) readily diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough, professional and personable. When he told me that Time also handles any/all electrical repairs I figured I'd finally found my one stop, go-to person for house problems! I have signed up for the annual contract which practically pays for itself on the first visit.
I love their commitment to good service=it is real!-and that they are Denver natives, like myself. This is probably only the second time I have ever taken the time to write a service/product review, and it's because I was so significantly impressed by Chad C. and the people at Time Plumbing.

Time Inc. was great! Scheduling was easy and the tech, Chad was great. He went over everything with me and gave me a quote and then took care of the work. He was nice, professional, quick and showed up on Time, hence the name. He offered me options and made me aware of other concerns in the house that he and Time are able to address. Chad also made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving, which I was. And as a bonus he cleaned up after himself and the mess I made in trying to fix the problem myself. Time and Chad were a great find and I highly recommend the company and this particular Field Tech.

First thing I will say, is Chad their electrician is awesome, he has done great work on my house on several jobs. So why the 1 star? Well, Chad came and gave me a quote to run electricity and gas to the detached garage I am in the process of building. He gave me a reasonable quote and we signed an agreement. He started the work the same day, then his boss came out his morning (I think his name was Bill or Bob), and told me it would be 3-4 thousand more for the job.

I thought I had found a great company to work with for plumbing and electrical, and this was going to be the 3rd job they did for me. But this company clearly does not support or trust their employees, and I will not support them with my business. I hope Chad finds a better employer or goes to work for himself.

Tyler was very warm and kind, not to mention he was extremely knowledgeable in fixing our issue quickly. From the moment I called Time to when Tyler completed service it was less than two hours. This was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in any form of home repair. The prices are very reasonable as well. Extremely satisfied customer here. Thanks so much.

I called to schedule an appointment for a simple drain cleaning and they fit me in the same day (I was working from home that day). Anthony called when he was on his way which I really appreciated. Turned out my simple drain cleaning was a little more involved than I initially thought. Anthony made sure things were working smoothly before he left. Very competent and friendly.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. I can't begin to explain how wonderful and efficient Chad was. He is a very nice and wonderful man and you can see he puts that into his work. I felt very comfortable and relaxed having him in our home. He is so detail-oriented and very thorough with his work. He really puts forth the effort and takes care of you as a customer- which you don't see a lot these days. We had a simple fix that the city requested. I new it was simple, but needed it done correctly in a short time. I easily scheduled an appointment over the phone and Justin J. was dispatched for the work. He called with an estimated time of arrival, showed up on time, and completed the work in very quick order. Justin left the area clean and was very nice to work with. I would certainly use him again in the future.

They installed both a new AC unit and repaired my swamp cooler. Now that I have the option to use either, I save money and my home has never been more comfortable.

I had another plumbing company come out to figure out where the leak in my shower was coming from, it had leaked down onto the dining room ceiling below. The guy diagnosed it as a shower valve issue and quoted me $1400 to fix it, including cutting into my tile and installing a custom remodel plate. I had already called Time Plumbing and Anthony was scheduled to come the next day so I decided to get another quote and waited for him. I tried asking him over the phone if he would give me a quote for the work I described, but he said he needed to see it and diagnose it himself first. I was a little bothered by this, thinking he was just trying to get the call out fee from me....but I'm so glad I still had him come out.

Anthony took his time, went through several more steps than the other guy, and finally diagnosed the problem as a cracked gooseneck for the shower head. A $10 part. I'm so grateful that he didn't pay any attention to what the other plumber had said and instead came to his own conclusion. He saved me over a grand. Not only that, but he was very professional and polite, and he cleaned up after himself very well.

The person on the phone who scheduled me was also the most friendly person I've ever talked to at a plumber/electrician/etc. I'm going to continue using Time whenever I need a plumber. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Justin arrived within a few hours of calling on a Sunday. He explained the issue and gave us several options. One of those options was something we could do ourselves. We followed his suggestion and got the problem fixed without spending more than the service fee, which was also reasonable. We'll probably need to replace the part in question eventually, and will definitely call Time Plumbing again.

Had a backup on a weekend. After calling several well known ( read top of the Google search companies who pay for ratings) I found a reference to Time. Whereas the other companies jacked me around and couldn't come until the next day or even Monday, Time promised me same day...and Anthony arrived early!. He is personable, efficient and quickly augmented the drain. I recommend this company highly ( and I am sure I'll need them again soon...the house is 50 yrs old). He didn't try and upsell. The tech showed up on time. Looked at my boiler for 5 minutes and then walked off the job stating that he had no expertise to work on my heating system (a simple boiler system). The tech never called Time ask to send someone who was able to work on boilers and just left. Time had been informed as to the exact condition of the heating need including boiler system. I had no heat in the house having waiting half a day for assistance, the tech just walked away! Having to try to call some other company to get assistance and repair and restore heat while snowing outside. Not what I call customer service or even desire to assist in a meaningful way. UGH!

Called Time for a sprinkler system tutorial, and at least one known issue of a sprinkler head broken.
Robert S was the technician that was able to assist with all our needs, and quickly assess/perform repairs needed to have an operable system within a couple hours. Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to repair a couple issues on the spot. I am so glad I called Time, and thankful for Robert. He exceeded my expectations, and made sure I am a loyal/happy customer to Time, they will always be my go to company for our home needs in the future.

I had two pipes leak and an old water heater that needed replacing. I called Time Plumbing and they sent a gentleman named Anthony. My experience with Anthony was wonderful- he is meticulous, friendly, answered all of my questions and his professionalism was appreciated. His installation was superb! I was so impressed by him that I asked him for his card- from now on all of my plumbing needs will be addressed by Anthony. He's wonderful at his craft and will use no one else.

I had a bad sewage pump problem where the pump had stopped working and bad smells were starting to leak out into the house. Wanting to get it taken care of right away I called Time Plumbing and Heating that night and they had Nate F. come out the next morning to get it taken care of. He did a great job and provided outstanding customer service. He was nice and pleasant and knowledgeable and got me all squared away. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I'm definitely calling Time Plumbing and Heating again.

I just wanted to add to my review from last month that these guys really do have the best customer service. Hands down, I've never come across another company in this industry that can match them. I definitely recommend them.

I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric and they were super polite and sent someone out within a couple hours. Nate F. came out and was the super professional. He was very nice and obviously knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed and repaired the leak, but added an additional shut-off valve and upgraded part of the line to copper. He did all this efficiently and with a smile. Thanks, guys!

Beware of extremely high repair costs. The itemized proposal for my simple plumbing job included a cost of $220 just to turn off main water (turn a valve) and bleed line (open a faucet downstream from repair)... maybe a 5 minute simple task. I think this cost is simply taking advantage of homeowners. The other itemized repair items were exorbitantly high as well IMO, unbelievable sticker shock. I chose to reject the proposal but still had to pay $53 for the visit.

I called Time Plumbing based on their ad stating they are recommended by Team Dave Logan and they have an A+ rating with the BBC. I had a flood in my kitchen. Anthony came when he said he would, fixed the problem in15 minutes, gave me information about slow draining drains and quickly fixed that problem as well. Anthony was a really nice person to work with and obviously very skilled. The cost was very reasonable. I will use Time in the future.

I want to thank Time Plumbing and Heating getting us into their schedule on short notice and getting a technician to our home before the big snow storm. Mike Byrne was our assigned technician and was outstanding. He was patient and thorough in diagnosing our problem. And stayed with our unit until the repairs were completed and everything we successfully working and we had heat again. Thank you so much Mike for such a diligent, exceptional and professional experience. You all and Mike rate 5 stars.

Chad C. from Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric was a wonderful pro! He was on time, even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Chad was very thorough in explaining my speinkler system repair. He went above and beyond by bagging up the top soil I had just put down in my yard so it was still nice to put back down after he had to pull up my sprinkler system to complete the repairs. He cleaned up my patio and was extremely respectiful of my home. The price was exactly what he estimated. I highly recommend you use Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric - so professional!

Time came out to fix our leaky shower once before. We ended up having the same issue with our shower as we had two months prior. I called in to let them know, and was transferred directly to the manager without asking. He was able to get me set up with an appointment to do the repair again. Nate F. came out and did a great job at fixing the shower this time. He was professional, friendly, and got along with my nosey dog very well! All was done at no cost per the owner. Very grateful to have found Time!

Chad C came out to solve an electrical issue we were having in our building. Very thorough and professional. Asked lots of great questions which helped expedite the solution. I asked him if Time also serviced sprinkler systems. They do. He called his office and asked if they could set us up an appt. Time let him stay and fix that too. Reasonable price for all services received. Great guy I'd definitely call again.

It was a big project and it took a few days but he was respectful and always gave us a heads up on when he was going to be at our house. We had him do a few things that came up while he was here and was able to add more projects no problem. He even helped me move something because he saw I needed help. I would 100% tell anyone that Chad was great and next time we need anything done we will only ask for Chad. Thanks for everything!

I was thinking of the worst things that could be happening with my plumbing,but it turned out to be a simple fix. Another company less honest could have taken my issues to other levels and I know I could have been taken advantage of .

Justin J. was great! I requested a morning appointment and was given the 8:00a-12:00p window. I received a call from Justin at 7:30a and was told he was 30-40 minutes away. He arrived right on schedule. He was professional, thorough and tidy. From here on out I will be using Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric for all my home needs!

We were very pleased with Dan's knowledge, skill and willingness to work with us to complete our custom lighting project the way we wanted. He was flexible with his time and worked well with other craftsmen involved in our project. I would highly recommend his services.

We had a tech come out to clear our clogged kitchen sink for $89 plus a $44 service fee (which was not mentioned in the add). He ended up snaking the kitchen sink and the floor drain in the laundry room for a total of $241. Four days later my kitchen sink started backing up again. I called and learned the work was not warranted and it would be another $99 for them to come out again. I said no thanks, I call someone who will do it right the first time.

Update! Ken came out and provided a drain cleaning and subtracted the amount we were originally charged. Everything was fixed professionally with quality products in a very timely manner!

My hot water heater broke over the weekend. I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. They sent a service tech sooner then they estimated. Anthony was amazing! He was very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The job was done perfectly in no time! Anyhow I realized that my pilot light had gone off on my furnace when he shut off the gas. My furnace is ancient and I did not want to damage anything. I called him back and he drove all the way from Littleton in a snowstorm, back to my house in Denver just to turn it on for me. Now that's dedication! I highly recommend Anthony M!!

Chad Cooper came out and basically rewired all my landscaping lights, and put in a new control box. He's done a very professional job up to this point, and I would highly recommend using Chad, and his company, TIME for your future needs!

Selected Time based on Google reviews and BBB rating. Was not disappointed. Called on Monday morning and they had David come out by 2PM. David called 15 minutes prior to arriving. When he did, he was cordial and got right to work. The issue was diagnosed in minutes. Thankfully, he had a capacitor on his van (one of many kinds that they stock on the van) and was able to fix the unit right away. Having the parts with him is huge for me. I have experienced other techs (plumbers, electricians, etc) having to run to Home Depot while the hourly charge ticks away. I hope I don't have to use Time again, but should I need AC or Furnace help, they will be the first ones that I call.

Anthony did an amazing job! There were a lot of hiccups along the way with installing my new sink but Anthony was able to come up with solutions ultimately completing the job successfully. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and newly sprung leak in my very old pipes. Nate did a wonderful job fixing both! He arrived early in the 4 hr window; was knowledgeable, respectful and cheerful; gave good options for current repairs and offered suggestions for future work I knew needed to be done. The tech, Chad C. was a true professional. He called ahead of time and said when he would be here. He listened to me describe the problem. He then put of shoe covers before coming into the house. He explained the what the billing was before he started the work so there were no cost surprises. Went to work right away and found the problem, fixed it in a very timely manner, then cleaned up and explained what he did, showed me pictures of the before and after the repair. A true craftsman. I would recommend this Company to family and friends. He also said that the work was guaranteed for a full year.

We just had our evap cooler winterized by Chad for probably the 4th year in a row, and I'm reminded why I call Time every year. Chad is super professional, quick yet thorough in his work, and is always conscious of my budget if he recommends future work. Very happy with the service. Same day hot water heater replacement. Called in the morning and had a new hot water heater by the afternoon. The job went quick and David explained everything I needed to know about the state of my current hot water system. After having a bad experience with another plumbing company, I got a second opinion from Time Plumbing & Heating & Electric. Joel was absolutely wonderful and a very competent plumber. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed my clogged drain. He even made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I trust this company and will reccomend them to anyone who is in a bind and needs trustworthy and good work to be done.

Over the course of two years, I compiled a long list of random electrical projects I needed done at my house. Everything from installing additional wall outlets in the house, to installing a 240V garage heater, to moving the main electrical service mast on the outside of the house. I could not have been more pleased with the service Chad provided. He was prompt, attentive, extremely courteous, and did an outstanding job. His prices were very competitive with other quotes that I received. I will absolutely be contacting Chad again in the future to tackle my next list.

Had them replace my old water heater. They gave me a great price, much lower than several other quotes I received. The customer service was high quality. This is actually the second time that Nate has come to our house and helped with our swamp cooler. Last summer, our motor broke and he came out and helped. This year, our water lines in our swamp cooler had busted and were causing leaking into our bathroom. He was thorough and incredibly polite. He cleaned up after himself and gave me a very complete explanation of what was wrong. He even offered for me to get on the roof and take a look so I could see for myself. I settled for climbing the ladder and looking from a small distance. But he was quick, thorough and so very nice. My mainline backed up 3/21, I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric at 11 Monday morning 3/22. Justin J showed up on time at 1:00 that afternoon. Had a outdoor hose faucet that was leaking, Time quoted me $800 and said I needed to replace the whole pipe. It was apparently such a big job, they had to reschedule it.

Called another company, they replaced a gasket and were done in an hour.

Jeff was very polite and helpful during our service call. He diagnosed the problem with the furnace, and then took cake of all the work right away. He didn't push any unnecessary work on us, and offered quotes for all the options for fixing the problem with the furnace. Great employee! We will be return customers when we need maintenance! Companies that offer reliable, competent sprinkler repair are few; and the ones who do are often booked so far into the future, it's hard to get into their schedule in a reasonable timeframe. When I discovered Time Plumbing offered sprinkler repair, I was interested to give them a try because I wondered how the work would turn out from a plumbing, heating, and electric company. I am beyond pleased!! Chad Cooper arrived on time--actually earlier than expected--and was efficient, thorough, and professional. As long as he is with this company, he's our new sprinkler go-to guy! Plus, now I will give them a try for plumbing, heating, and/or electric.

Called Time and they immediately scheduled a plumbing service call. We had a clogged sewer line in the men's restroom at the neighborhood clubhouse. Justin pulled the toilet to access the sewer line. He quickly cleared several blockages and was able to tell that we didn't have a root issue. He thoroughly checked all other facilities and drains to insure there was no other problems. The job was completed quickly and for less than the original estimate. Justin was professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Justin and Time.

Chad was so awesome to work with. Very prompt and was personable with our employees. He was knowledgeable of what needed to be done and worked well with the chaos of new desks being put in. Definitely will be requesting to have him come back for future installs at the office!

Jeff was extremely polite when diagnosing our furnace problem. He explained everything (especially when the problem turned out to be much more expensive than anticipated), presented various options, and spoke to my husband on the phone to answer his technical questions as well. He pointed out where the failure had occurred, and answered all of my questions. He was actually prepared to show up early in the 4 hour service window that I selected, and when he needed to leave to get another part from a supply warehouse, he was back in exactly one hour, as promised. We've used Time Plumbing for years and you definitely get what you pay for.

I had some problems with my bathroom sink and tub. Time Plumbing was able to send someone come out within 3 hours of my call, and Johnny was very friendly, profrssion, and extremely efficient. He also gave me advice about how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend this service.

Nate with Time Plumbing did an amazing job with installing a new larger water heater, replacing a leaking pipe, replacing the drain in the bathtub, and cleaning out the main sewer line. Nate did a great job of modifying the water pipes and vent for the new size water heater to make it a perfect fit. He also took his time and got the bathtub drain adjusted perfectly. When he did the cleaning of the main sewer line he also used a hose with water to help get all the tree roots washed down. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and price.

We called for a plumber on 12/8 and were told they were able to come out 12/9. We were given a time window of 3:30 - 7:00. My cell number was given to call when they were on their way to our house. I received a call at 3:10 pm and was unable to hear the message until 3:21. The message from Ken stated he is an hour out from my house and will be there about 4:00. When I returned Ken's call he said that since I hadn't answered the call he was routed to another home.
I also received another message from Bryan about 3:11 stating he was calling me to make sure he could go to our house, but since I did not answer the phone I would have to call and reschedule for tomorrow.
I then call the main Time number and was told that since i didn't answer the phone, no one can come out. I had returned both service calls within 10 minutes, which should be acceptable since Ken would not even be at the house for over 30 minutes - from his original message.
I was told pretty much too bad too sad, that if I didn't answer the phone, doesn't matter that I was teaching my class at this time; and that returning a call within 10 minutes doesn't count either; so, I am suppose to reschedule for tomorrow.
If a technician was going to take 45 minutes to get to my house from the time a message was left, I returned the technicians message 10 minutes later; why in the world would I even think that my service is cancelled. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional way to put customers first.

I had an old water heater replaced with a Bradford White 40 gallon water heater with an expansion tank. Anthony was the installer for Time Inc. He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. I had a somewhat unusual set up, but Anthony was able to come up with creative solutions to complete the work. I will certainly use Time Plumbing and Heating again.

I chose TIME PLUMBING & HEATING out of the Yellow Pages. Called a couple other companies prior to calling you, but all I got was answering machines. Called TIME & got an instant response, and a time frame for install the same day. The service specialist JOEL RUIZ that came to my home removed the old and installed the new water heater in a timely and neat manner. JOEL not only did an excellent job by himself, but was also very professional, friendly and considerate as well. A joy to have a service persons like him. It was very evident that he knew exactly what he was doing all the time. When I contacted your company I figured I would use you, and then move on after this install. Nate Fisher was the specialist who came by today from 303 Plumbing and i am VERY pleased! He was so friendly, on-time, cleaned up perfectly, got my sink working again, and most importantly gave my old doggy some pets. 10/10 recommend and if you can, ask for NATE FISHER!

Joel with Time Plumbing came out to service our hot water heater on a Sunday. He was prompt, curious, efficient and knowledgeable about what was going on with our situation. He even was willing to go up on our roof to make sure our vent stack was properly being vented. I highly recommend Joel and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Robert did a great job with our gas line installation. He was there late into the evening because he knew we had an inspection lined up to keep us on schedule. Job was clean, looked great, and held pressure until we pulled the gauge at 4 days. I would certainly have Time and Robert back out to any one of our jobs.

Had my water heater blow last week about 10 at night. Left a message and they called 7:15 next morning and arrived at 11 for a 10-2 window. They have a $1100 special but after some negotiation elected for the upgrade. The Bradford White unit is probably top 2 units in the country. Was pleased with the videos on YouTube. Ken installed in a little over 2 hours. Very professional work. Very good warranty and cleaned up afterwards. Hot water back in 18 hours. About the best you can ask for unless you want to pay for emergency overnight dispatch. Will call them in future for future plumping or HVAC issues.

I was really happy with this company and especially Nate. . They were able to come the same day I called them, which hasn't been my experience with other plumbers. The tech was on time, courteous and professional. He was very accomodating and the price was very fair. I will be calling them first in the future.

I was looking to schedule a consultation for a leaky water heater and shared that we were currently in the process of getting quotes from different companies, and as soon as the receptionist learned that he got really rude and became more difficult to speak with. I ended up canceling our consultation with them all together. Definitely did not get the vibe that they are a customer-first company. Not to mention it’s OVER $100 for a CONSULTATION. I’d do your due diligence and find other options before working with this company.

Last week my husband and I found water in our basement. Wesley J has helped us many times in the past (we have had a lot of issues in a flipped home we purchased) and we was out again to save the day. The people who flipped the house have left many surprises of sub par and bad work. Despite the issue not being simple, he was able to get creative and resolve the issue, getting us back up and running with our water. It's never seems easy to find reliable and consistent service these days, but we have been more than pleased with the work from the company and from Wesley. They also installed an AC unit in our home in 2016 and that was also a great experience.

This is an UNSOLICITED review with regards to Nathan at Time Plumbing. I contacted Time Plumbing after another company I used for 3 years provided terrible service causing our sewer to back up for the first time in about 10 years. That other company is all corporate, only caring about $$$ (I'll leave them a negative review next.) Anyway, Nathan from Time Plumbing was skilled, tidy and not in a damn rush like the other company. He knew what he was doing, used the appropriate sized blades & carefully removed the mess that ARS Rescue Rooter left behind. Our line is now working better than it has in a long time and I sleep well not worrying about a back up.

The furnace was not providing heat to the house and so I did some research online for different HVAC repair companies. Came across Time, read the reviews, and decided to make an appointment. Two days later David A came by and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was professional, kind, informative and efficient. He made a temporary fix to get us through two more days until he was able to get the proper replacement part and then came back and quickly fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. Thanks David A and I'll be sure to use this company in the future for any further issues.

I know first hand it is not easy to trust repairs of any kind that you are not personally educated on. My heater is in a crawl space, it totally sucks to work on anything down there. I have had people actually tell me they did not want the job because of this. Howard from Time Plumbing, Heating, and Electric came to my home as scheduled today. He was very patient with all my questions and went out of his way to explain to me what was wrong with my heater. He diagnosed, asked if I understood, and after he repaired it; he stayed to make sure it did not fail. He told us what to look out for and gave us his personal cell if any issues occurred. Made an appointment and was never told it would be a 4 hr window for service.
I took a 1/2 day off work and drove to the property all for nothing.
Not to mention this company charges just to show up and perform NO service.
Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

EDIT: Brad — saying we have an opening between 1-5pm DOES NOT indicate a window of showing up whenever your company feels like it. To me, that sounds like you a time could be scheduled anytime during that window.
Send the recordings over to me. I’d love to hear them as well. If I was “clearly” told this, I’ll remove.

Though in the recordings there is no mention of a “window” where I’d have to wait for 4 hrs for someone to show up as mentioned in his response below. I’m fine with the recording of our initial call posted for transparency. No need for the second to be posted as I know how frustrated I was at the time. I stand by the review posted and based on the recordings that Brad provided.

I recently had Furnace, A/C & water heater replaced, called around to get some quotes and by a long shot they were the most reasonable price I found. Mike L and Jeff came out to my house and took care of everything with the highest quality of service there is, also Mike kept a constant communication through out the whole process and did not try to sell me unnecessary things. They were recommended to me and now I am going to recommend them. I am very satisfied with their work and I will be using them for any future plumbing, heating or electrical issues I have.

I’ve uses this company for quite some time. This is the first time i had the pleasure of working with Nate. I had a leak in an irrigation pipe coming into the house.

Nate diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Not only is he an amazing technician, but a really wonderful person. He called before his arrival to let me know when he’d be here. He also explained absolutely everything he was doing and answered all of my questions (i asked a lot!). He took the extra time to check the irrigation boxes to ensure everything was ok.

I was panicked when Nate got here. Our ceiling had water stains and I was panicked about the cost and possibility of mold. Joel was great he was VERY professional, walked me through everything he was doing and why. He let me ask questions and answered with the utmost respect and directions. Very glad to know there are companies out there with excellent service people. He cleaned up after and during the service performed. He worked very hard as to figure out what the actual problem was.
I just wished he would have started with the main line that would have saved extra time and money for me. But all in all he just went by what I told him. I'll know better next time.

I called during a busy time, the Monday before Thanksgiving...a few other places said they couldn't get there before Wednesday, because of the expected bad weather. Time made it out that same Monday. Kudos for that! The technician was very nice, polite and cleared up the problem very quickly. He also gave me alot of pointers to address the problem. The only negative is that I was offered a product to clean out my pipes for $98. I bit the lead only to find out the same exact product is available for half the price on Amazon for half the price. The technician told me after I asked, that that product is only available through plumbing services.

I called this morning about a clogged toilet. Page answered & set up the appointment for between 1 & 5 PM. She was great ... a good listener & very helpful. Wesley was the professional who did the work. He called before coming and arrived at about 2:30. He asked good questions, assessed the problem and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. There is never a good time for a water heater to stop working, but ours went out while we had out-of-town company for the weekend. After a freezing cold shower I called Time at 7:30am. David F was at our house at 9am and the heater was installed, including code compliant pipes, by noon. He was very professional and didn't mind that our cat was trying to help. Once installation was complete David explained everything about the new heater and what to expect in the following hours. We are happy to have hot water again and are very pleased with this service!

I wish I could have gotten someone to come look at the scope of work I needed done, however the scheduling receptionist who answered my emails refused to help and basically rudely told me to take my business somewhere else. Not sure what I did to put a bee in her bonnet other than ask for someone to come out to look at the work I needed doing, but guess they have enough work where they can turn customers away.

My furnace went out last night. I called Time at 6:30 at night and the owner personally answered the phone. I received a call from Dave A at 7:30 this morning. He was at my house by 8.00 and quickly repaired my furnace. He was so personable and really knew what he was doing. He had my house warm in no time at all. He even helped me with a problem I had with my TV. Great experience. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted four other companies. Each of them didn’t work on a Swamp Cooler or never returned my call. I would contact your company first for any other home needs. Chad was very knowledgeable, polite and we are happy with the work he did for us. I would recommend him and your company.

I'm taking off two stars because our plumbing backed up again after only 3 months, and the new plumber I called out was much cheaper, actually cleared the clog and offered a better opton to keep it cleared longer.

David A & his assistant were very prompt, tidy and extremely helpful when our A/C went out recently (late July). They took the time to make CERTAIN our system would now work properly and provided clear explanations for what had gone wrong. They looked into the warrantees of our equipment to be sure we weren't paying more than necessary. They checked out our furnace and water heater, and our builders' special toilets, then provided clear, written estimates for work we may do in future. Having all three skills available (plumbing, A/C & heating, electric) is very convenient. Always a welcome bonus: David A was a SUPER NICE GUY !!! (We'll be requesting him every time.) Thanks, Dave! We had Nate F. come to our house to replace a vanity and toilet. He did a very professional job. He was neat and quick in getting the job done. We would definately recommend using him and will call again the next time we need some plumbing work done.

Really happy that Nate came out to my house and talked thru our plumbing problem/situation. I was doing preventive maintenance, but with an older house, I wanted to be aware of future issues. He completed the work on our drain within a few hours and the prices were exactly what we were expecting. He also took the time to explain the underlying problem in a simple and coherent fashion.

Anthony did a great job of problem solving when my kitchen plumbing issue seemed more complex than it first appeared. He first prepared me for several scenarios so I would know what I could expect, then explained his process of elimination each step of the way, providing me with helpful information. Ultimately he was able to find the issue and prevent any unnecessary expenses. Very impressive!

The City of Aurora had some volunteers plant a tree in our front yard. One of the volunteers pulled on the hose and jerked out 2 water lines. Anthony arrived in a timely manner and he was very efficient and professional. The original plumbing had some odd quirks to it, but he managed to repair it and retain the integrity of the house. He was very helpful and empathetic to our plumbing crisis. We were planning to replace our water heater later this fall, so when we attend to that purchase, we will be contacting Time and Anthony for that job. Thank you for your service.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. Jeff A. showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. We’ll make sure to call Time for any future heating issues!

Robert was to my house in less than 30 minutes to fix my garbage disposal that quit running and the water was draining very slowly. He diagnosed that a piece of plastic got inside the disposal which stopped it from running. He picked out the plastic pieces, re-set the disposal, and now it's running and there was no stopped up drain. Yippee! Thank you Robert for a quick diagnosis and I am SO glad I didn't have to replace my garbage disposal that was only two years old! Robert was courteous, efficient, and did not push extra plumbing work on me unlike what other plumbers for another company have done to me in the past, so they can get a commission on the extra work.

I was told by the electrician that I needed to replace a control board. It cost me $180 for the diagnostic, and I bought the part separately for $80. I called Time to ask for help with the install, and the supervisor told me they can't do anything further because suddenly it's outside their scope of work.

Separately, I asked Time to come out and repair a hot water boiler system, which is still under their warranty. They said that due to understaffing, they wouldn't be able to schedule anything for at least 4 weeks. Therefore, I had to call another company to do some repair work, which was unnecessarily expensive.

Extremely frustrating since I've used Time at least 8x in the last 3.5 years, and the last 2 experiences are subpar. Management - please learn how to prioritize your existing customers and honor your previous work.

I tried to use this business in an urgent situation where a flooring contractor damaged a brand new gas line. After poor communication about arrival time and availability, Joel finally arrived. After inspection he proceeded to tell me the brand new work that was done (less than a week before by a licensed plumber) was not up to code. When said plumber was called and questioned (all of this on a freezing and snowy Sunday morning) he stated that is not the code for that specific connection. At that time, Joel became angry. He produced a few other things about Floor hole sizes also not being up to code, in a very petulant and argumentative manner. (reminding me of questioning the assumptions of my teen child). To spite all of this, was agreeing to do the work anyway, as I had no choice since I had a gas leak, on a Sunday morning when it's 19 degrees out. I tell my usual plumber Thanks anyway, I'll just have to pay it since I don't have a choice. When I return to the kitchen Joel tells me there are more fees bringing my total even higher. Still planning to pay, I said that's fine, but I'll want to see an itemized list of what you're planning to do and the costs so I can have it inspected later. I turn to grab my reading glasses, and Joel starts shouting that he's not doing the job. He. refuses to work with me and I can just call my normal guy on Monday. And he storms out, leaving myself and my child in a home with leaking gas. When I ask as h's leaving, about the dangerous leak he says, to call excel and have them shut it off or he can shut off the whole house. (Including my furnace, on a 19 degree day) Thanks Joel! When I called to speak with a supervisor the woman answering the phone refused to get one, stating there are no weekend supervisors, then proceeded to tell me I need permits I have not pulled, (which Joel wasn't pulling either) and starts dressing me down for demanding an adult and a professional to speak with. So here I sit, waiting on ANOTHER company, who can give itemized and legible work orders to back up their installations (and I'm sure still charge an arm and a leg) hopefully they operate with more integrity than these guys. I will be reporting this company to DORA and any other agency I can find. Asking for information on assumed codes and a clearly written itemized receipt is normal business.

Brief update: Apparently the lovely receptionist called excel energy giving her name as mine so they could come shut my gas off. While excel was here I asked the inspector if the areas Joel claimed were not up to code were indeed in need up update. He said everything appeared to be up to code to him and he saw no issue. I was able to get another service here shortly after so while we are safe, this company is obviously predatory. They will come in your time of need, and tell you things are not up to code to charge you extra for repairs.

Nate put in a new bathtub for me the other day. He did a great job - the new tub is such an improvement. Nate was very professional, worked efficiently, made sure not to track dirt onto my wood floors and left the bathroom very clean. He also explained everything that he had done and what the next step would be.

I will definitely use Time Plumbing again and recommend Nate to friends in need of a
reliable plumber.

My house has had incredibly high water pressure for some time now, as the builder never installed a regulator. (105 psi!!) The build of the main from the street with the pipes in my crawl space made this a difficult job for me to do on my own. Hence Time Plumbing. My neighbor referred me as he had a pressure regulator valve (PRV) installed by Time Plumbing last year. Nate came to my house the same day that I was able to speak with Brad, and he installed the PRV. Two weeks ago I had called App lewood Plumbing, and they gave me an estimate of $1300 to fix it!! I told them no thanks. Nate walked me through everything, told me how he would make it work, and then gave me the price of $523. Less than half the price of the other company, and Nate was way better at communicating and I felt a lot more trust with Nate overall. Today my water pressure is normal and it's made all the difference for our home. Nate also fixed a connection from the copper piping to the blue plastic piping, and even consulted me on another plumbing project I have planned. Thank you Brad and Nate!

Wow. After an ironically pleasant phone call (my basement was slowly flooding), Time Plumbing showed up in just a half hour. The plumber, Nate Fisher, was nothing short of exceptional. He quickly identified the problems, informatively explained the costs of repair, gave his opinion on immediately necessary vs. potential future fixes, and got to work. In this, he was extremely efficient. In addition to fixing the problems, he went out of his way to neatly tidy up the entire space before walking me through his repairs and methodology. At risk of hyperbole, Nate is a craftsman—his approach to his work is professional beyond any expectation. I won't be using another company for any plumbing related problems again. Many thanks.

Called another plumbing company and they said the couldn't fix my leak. Called 303plumbing and they fixed it up in a quick and professional manner. My plumber was extremely informative.

Our furnace would not come on this morning, so I called Time Plumbing and they arranged to come out at 10am. David A. arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem and fixed it within the hour. He was very polite and helpful while he was here. The furnace is working fine now and I will certainly call Time Plumbing again if I need any future work done.

I called Time to get my furnace serviced and was surprised that I got an appointment the next morning.
My technician was Justin J. and he was really great! He examined my furnace, explained to me what was going on, and then fixed it. I couldn't be any happier with my service. I'll use Time again and will request Justin J.

We had flood damage from a broken toilet and they came out within an hour after our initial call and removed the toilet and plugged the hole. The serviceman was very helpful and went over the options for replacement. He came back the next day and completed the job in less than an hour. Articulate, punctual, reliable help is hard to find these days, and I appreciate it very much. I highly recommend them.

We came home from the holidays to a frozen pipe and a flooded home.... Do to the urgency of our plumbing issue we called several companies, but Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric was the only one who could get us on the schedule right a way. Wesley came to the rescue and was at our home in a short amount of time. He was so courteous, professional and knowledgable. He explained what the issue was, two options on how it could be resolved and returned to fix it as scheduled. Wesley was such a pleasure to work with and so were the ladies in the office. Had a fan installed in the living room. Chad Cooper was my electrician. He was really professional, and sociable. The price for the installation was reasonable since it was installed by a professional. Highly recommend Time plumbing if you want a job well done. I give them 5 stars out of 5.

We had this guy come in to complete the installation of the water supply to the hot water heater which consisted of pipe welding 2 pipes that were already there to the water heater. He did a great job and was finished in about 15 minutes. They charged me $408.00 to do this work. Then to top it off they didnt run the card that I gave them until a later time of which there was no money in the account at the time, they didnt notify me until 2 months later that it was declined and now are threatening me to charge me the standard pricing of $719.00!!! What is this world coming to???

Ron and Nate were terrific. We asked them for a second opinion on what could have been a costly repair. They quickly identified the problem, which was (lucky for us) much more minor than the first opinion. They went the extra mile by crawling into our crawl space to test the first plumber's idea. 5 stars, give them a call.

After some bad experiences with other Plumbing/Heating companies, we discovered TIME six years ago, and were very happy with their repair of a broken sewer line. We have continued to use them for our plumbing and heating needs. We have had a couple of problems with our boiler, and quickly discovered David Anderson (Senior Service Specialist) is REALLY good at diagnosing and fixing problems with boiler systems!

We are VERY happy with their service!

David Fernau was ahead of schedule when he came to replace my water shutoff valve. He was friendly, quick and efficient. He also charged a fair rate in completing the necessary work, which is very appreciated considering other plumbing companies I've dealt with that were dishonest and charged ridiculous rates. We couldn't figure out why we had a leak on the outside of our house that unfortunately spread into our basement. Justin J. walked spotted our problem within 15 minutes and fixed our problem (a loose fitting) in less time than we could have hoped. I was quoted $600-$1200 to fix an issue that I was able to fix for $20 and about 2hrs of research online. What a ripoff. SO GLAD I GOOGLED MY ISSUE AND WATCHED A FEW YOUTUBE CLIPS. Will NEVER use this company.

Our boiler went out the night before Christmas Eve. We called Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric and they were able to come out within and hour or 2 on Christmas Eve. The technician, David A., was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnosis what the problem was and correct the matter so that we had heat in the house once more. Not only that, he diagnosed the problem with the heater in the garage and got it running. We have had numerous technicians come to try to fix the garage heater and no one could. David was the only one! I would recommend this company as the one to call and David a the technician who will be able to fix your issue.

David F. really saved us today, he swapped out our water heater and installed some new shutoff valves and got us up to code. He knew his stuff and knocked it out quick. He answered all our questions and explained some things too. He even showed up within a few hours of dispatch and had a great water heater on the truck. Its working great by the way, water is nice and hot!

Just purchased my first condo and needed a bunch of work done. Called time and they sent over Anthony to diagnose a leaking dishwasher that was damaging an adjacent unit. He inspected the dishwasher and surrounding areas and showed me everything he could find, making certain that I was on the same page at every step. He replaced the janky feed line and installed a new dishwasher I had previously purchased. He also noticed my kitchen sink was leaking even when turned off and offered to replace that as well which I had him do. During the job I was discussing the other things I would like done in the condo and he told me everything him and his company could do to assist. I was extremely satisfied and as such I already have another appointment to have Anthony come out and do some work in my bathroom. Anthony did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to call Time again.

Nate always does a fantastic job! Always on time, pleasant and efficient! Even though I live in Evergreen, I use Time because every service provider that comes out from them has been excellent and their work is top notch. I have also never had to pay more than the estimate provided!

Had my home main line back up to house. Called a plumber, they came out and had their camera stop at 50 feet. They declined to rooter line concerned that they would get stuck.
Called Time plumbing, heating and electric, because they had sent a flier recently and it was in my mail. I called at 3pm and they sent Nate F. to my house. He arrived in about 1/2 hour from my call.
Nate looked over the situation and gave me a quote. He laid out drop clothes from door to bathroom, and started the rootering process. He found some root blockage and his machine cut it all out, he went back and forth 3 times to make sure the line was clear.
He offered a 30 day free camera inspection of the line and wiped down the bathroom with disinfectant after he was done. He was finished in less than 2 hours.
Really appreciated Nate and his skills, and the late start he had to deal with.
His easy going style and confidence that he would get it done was refreshing.
Our bathroom is working great.

Time has sticker on their van for a $20 gas leak find. When I called they said the service was $80, then when they came they wanted to charge me $248. That fee covered nothing. They were supposed to find the gas leak. They were unable too. The tech Mike said the smell in the air was more than likely the carpet. They make the accusation that the previous residence did some kind of drugs, hence the bad smell. I called another company, the Gas Connection. They found two gas leaks, were prompt and I highly recommend the Gas Connection. I do not recommend Time. They will try to sell you things you do not need, and are not experts, only sales men.

Quality of work was good and the employee was respectable, clean and polite. However, the price of the service I think is far too expensive. They will not provide pricing over the phone even if you know exactly what needs to be charge. To pay $420 to change out a water valve is ridiculous. It's about 30-45 min max of labor. Granted there are a few parts but at that rate, you're paying the same rate as a lawyer!!! I won't use them again.

We called Time after having another service company out to look at installing an air conditioning unit to my home and being told that I would have to completely replace my furnace. The technician, Mike L put his expertise to work and quickly installed a coil to my existing unit and was able to thoroughly clean my furnace. We want to thank Dave Anderson for coming to our home on Tuesday afternoon to check our boiler for what we thought was a pilot problem. He determined and showed us that our boiler had to be replaced. He then rewired the pump so it would keep the water flowing throughout the very cold night. The following day he was here at 7:00am and started working on replacing the boiler. During the day Dave was assisted by Mike, Jeff and Tyler. They were all very efficient and professional. Thank you Dave for your great knowledge and experience.

I had an excellent experience with Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric. Both Nick and Nate were very thorough and explained in detail every step of the processes they were performing. I very much appreciated their honesty and manner. I highly recommend this company and personnel.

Technician came to start up my swamp cooler for the summer and told me that the motor wouldn't turn on. He told me he could replace the motor for $698. He refused to give me an itemized estimate with a breakdown of parts/labor. I declined and was expecting to pay the trip charge of $49, but then he added an additional diagnostic fee of $70. I was skeptical because the swamp cooler worked fine before it was winterized, so I had a different company come out, who had the entire unit running great within 10 minutes of arrival. The motor had not siezed, and was running fine. I spoke to the owner of Time, who gave me a full refund for the trip/diagnostic fee. 1 star due to the attempted fraud, and inconvenience of living in a hot house for a week.

Justin was very nice, respectable, and timely. Did a great job of explaining the details of the project and took care to do the job correctly! He was very professional and would contact him for any future plumbing needs.

I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Chad C. from Time Plumbing and Heating. He was very informative in telling me what he was doing and how each part of the furnace functions. I will not hesitate to ask for him if I should need service from Time Plumbing again.

On a day forecast to be 99 degrees, we woke up with a broken air conditioner. I expected the worst from our 30 year old unit. A phone call at 9:30 resulted in a technician at our house by 1:00 and functioning air conditioning by 2:00. The price was reasonable and Jeff showed great patience and professionalism while our 9 month old Husky insisted on helping him.

Once again Time Plumbing, Heating and Electric came through! The wall heater in our garage wasn't performing as it should, so I called them on Friday and first thing on Monday Jeff A came out to check it out. He diagnosed the problem by checking the necessary places and now the furnace is functioning as needed. Thanks!!

This is the third time we have contacted Time Plumbing - for a furnace in our garage, this time - and there was never a question as to what company we would contact.

Wesley was the consummate professional. We had a toilet replaced to avoid overflowing. He worked quickly and efficiently, left everything clean and in working order. Took time to explain what he was doing and also pointed out other potential problem we might have with incoming water valves, etc. He is exactly the kind of repairman you want and trust.

Chad was over the top! from start to finish. He was polite, friendly and nice to our dog. He helped us in a very tight laundry space, even moved the outlet so the oversize machines fit better. He fixed another outlet behind the laundry machines just because he noticed it was not safe, no additional charge! Thank you so much Chad! we will call you again!

I set up an appointment to have someone come over and turn on my sprinkler system in June 2019. My lawn was in bad condition so I decided to try and turn on the sprinkler system myself. I was able to successfully turn it on, and when the company employee arrived he said that there was nothing for him to do because I had taken care of it all. My biggest issue is that the company still charged me $113 and did absolutely nothing. I understand that I should be charged something for them having to stop by my house; however, I disagree that I should have been charged the full $113 rate for a sprinkler activation when they did not have to do any of the work. I believe a lower rate (something closer to $50) would have been more appropriate. In the end, I will not be using Time Plumbing, Heating, & Electric or recommending them to anyone else in the future. The service guy was very pleasant, but it is ridiculous that I was charged the full amount for a service that was not provided.

Time is professional, courteous, capable, but VERY EXPENSIVE. I needed to have an ABS plastic drain revised in preparation for remodeling. The Time technician assessed the job and quoted $1243. The quote seemed high, and I considered the PROS and CONS of getting another quote. 1) With Time I could get the job done immediately. 2) Perhaps the work was more than I thought. 3) How would I arrange time off work to meet with another plumber? I accepted the quote. Four hours later Time was done. I checked the cost of the parts at Home Depot – under $50. Assuming 1.0 hour for travel and 4.0 hours on site, the labor fee worked out to $238 per hour.

Joel R. was the technician sent out to hook up our gas stove and water line to our new appliances. Joel was very courteous and very learned.We were very pleased with the job he did for us and we would recommend him and Time Plumbing in the future. Joel was very focused on his job and did a very good job for us we thank him Angelo and Marie Capolungo

I heard water running but could not find the source. I went downstairs to the basement and noticed the carpet was wet as was the storage area. I happened to look up at the ceiling and noticed several small water spots. We immediately called Time Plumbing (who we have used in the past) and they sent Nate out to take a look. He found the leak in our basement ceiling where a pipe came apart. Nate was here 2 1/2 hours and fixed the leak. He was honest with us that part of the ceiling would have to be removed (by another company) because of the water damage.
The price of his work was very reasonable.

Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In short, I would not think of calling anyone else for plumbing issues.

He went over exactly what i needed to have done and why. Went over everything he did step by step. Easy to understand! Awesome job by both gentlemen.

We have used Time for our plumbing needs in the past, and they did a great job. This time was no exception. Nate F. arrived on time, and found and fixed the problem efficiently, in a polite and professional manner. I would recommend Time without reservation!

Time plumbing was able to come to my house within 24 hours of calling about my garbage disposal issue. Wesley was our tech and he was nothing but friendly and timely. In and out within 20 mins! Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric came out today to fix our son's shower. They gave me a window of time, called ahead to let me know the estimated arrival time and came within that time frame. Wesley was polite, put on protective booties and fixed the problem promptly. He went above and beyond to clean up the bathroom. I really appreciated his timely service and attention to every detail of my job. I felt special and cared for.

While the phone scheduling and the availability was great. When the tech showed up - his knowledge and ability to complete the project ended up costing me twice what I was quoted. I was pretty disappointed and most likely will not be calling them in the future for any of my plumbing, heating or electrical needs.

Wow Chad is a smart and hard worker. He fixed our sprinkler system after we had two other sprinkler company's couldn't.

David was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. It was wonderful having such a pleasant hardworking technician out at our home support us. The company was so efficient and responded quickly to our request for a service for our furnace problem.

Plumber was scheduled to arrive at 9am sharp. I organized staff to meet plumber at location but plumber did not show up. At 9:45 tech called stating he was on his way with no apology for being late. I called the office to verify the appointment. Receptionist stated yes, he was late as his previous job took longer than expected. I explained how frustrating that is as from a customer standpoint we have to make arrangements, pay employees, etc. to prepare for the arrival of the plumber and to have no one call to say they'd be late and offer less than sincere apology once I called is very frustrating.

I was having preventive maintenace done on my sewer drain. They scheduled me for the day after I called, showed up in the time window promised and did the job effectively. No problems. The technician also recommended the use of a foaming root killer to extend (or possibly eliminate) the need for future servicing Their price was very competitive, but check their website for coupons and ask about specials. I would definitely use this firm in the future.

Chad came out and promptly found a clogged pipe which was causing a back up. He confirmed ( running a camera through the line) that I did not have a broken pipe which saved me the cost of ripping up concrete. He was professional, kind, and efficient! Thanks Chad!!

Wesley is fabulous! His work is efficient and he made (and is making) some cosmetic changes we wanted to put in a watering system that my very picky partner was not just satisfied with, but so pleased that he wants to have Wesley do more work on the exterior watering system, having been unhappy with the work done by a previous plumber. He shows up when he says he will, is knowledgeable and explains everything he does, and works quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest, but very worth the price to us!

First off I'd like to say thank you to Time and Eric Laxson for all the help.
I had a major plumbing issue pop up on a Friday evening and called Time to come out and take a look. Not only did they have someone (Eric Laxson) at my door ASAP that same night, he had a estimate of the work within a half hour. Eric was a great person, very professional, talked to us in a way that was easy to understand the problem we were facing, and how he planed to fix it (both current issues and preventive measures), and he gave us the best deal he could on the work & parts. The icing on the cake was the fact that Eric came out to do all the work on a Saturday in a foot of snow, & sub 0 temps, stayed until the job was 100% done, so he wouldn't have to come back and inconvenience us any more than we had already been by the break itself. Not only was the job done, and done right but he also fixed some issues he found with some work another company had left undone out of pure laziness. Thanks to this experience I am now a Time customer for life & I highly recommend Time to anyone that needs any kind of heating/plumbing/electric work done.

I called Time to come out as soon as possible to resolve a serious plumbing problem at my rental property in Denver. The dispatch office gave me a time range when they would have someone there that very same day and fortunately Wesley J showed up right on time, even arriving to the property before I did. Wes was very professional from the outset, explaining everything in detail as to what he thought the problem was, what his recommended solution was and the anticipated costs. At no time was I surprised about anything during Wes' service call. The result was that Wes was able to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently and at a cost I found to be reasonable. Plus during his work, Wes took care to keep the work area clean and left it as he found it! I would strongly recommend using Time and Wes for any of your plumbing needs.

If I could give you a rating less than 1 star I would. Your tech took nearly an hour mostly on the phone with a supervisor to finally come up with a super over inflated quote of more than $3300 (Lowes/Home Depot: $600 for equipment/ $750 installation) for a common water heater replacement. My wife was home at the time & is convinced this was an attempt to overcharge a unsuspecting African American women...

We had a flood in our basement on account of a frozen pipe that broke after an unexpected freeze here in Colorado. Ken Mulac came out the next day and fixed the pipe. This is the only company we use now for plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical work—what a professional company. Ken was friendly and informative and explained exactly what he was fixing and what caused the pipe to burst and how to prevent these issues in the future. He also called a restoration company to help me with another issue, above and beyond. Great, timely service.

Roberto was very kind and honest in his inspection of our swamp cooler. He spent quality time explaining to me what the issue was and how I could fix it. I hope to work with him again if I ever have a plumbing or heating issue at our home.

Anthony was one of the best plumbers I've ever met and is also a great human being to work with. He is professionalism personified, and his analytical skills gained through years of rigorous training took him quickly to a diagnosis of a poorly installed bathtub – something he did by cutting out small holes in two walls and feeling his way to the embarrassment of shoddy work left by the original plumber. Anthony's skills and integrity should become an industry standard.

I had a floor drain in the bar (The Hideaway Lounge) that was clogged. He said it was tough, but he managed to clear it for us and get us a drain inspection to see if it's damaged.

I'm going to recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs plumbing fixed.

Chad called to let me know his ETA. He arrived on time and explained the entire process for winterizing our sprinkler system. He showed me how much water was still in the pipes. He also explained all the services his company can do and write up a detailed receipt and he was very professional.

I've now used Time Plumbing twice with great results.

The first project was replacing a section of drain pipe buried under a settling sidewalk and was several thousand dollars although it was much lower than what I was quoted by other plumbing companies.

The second was clearing a drain all the way down to the sewer line. Time Plumbing's standard price was the same as the other plumbing companies discounted price after negotiating.

Time Plumbing has been great to work with. The people are easy to talk to and you don't feel like you are being taken advantage of. Plumbing issues are stressful enough on their own so it helps to have have a resource you can trust.

Nate arrived quickly and was presentable upon arrival. He introduced himself prior to entering my home. He listened to the details of the plumbing problem and reviewed the problem with me. Nate spent a lot of time re-creating the problem and explained to me in great detail how the toilet works when it's flushed. Nate gave me 3 options to resolve the problem and was real with his opinion on what will most likely be best to resolve our problem. He also pointed out that our toilet was old, 1995 and therefore most likely is calcified from age, which in turns causes problems with the toilet's performance. After we decided on what direction we wanted to go, he performed the job quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, Nate explained verbally and visually how our toilet plumbing was set up, which without enough water flow we are most likely having the problems we're having. The 4th option he gave me when we were all finished is that if the clean out does not resolve the problem over the weekend then most likely we'll need to purchase a new toilet. Well.....that's what happened. We installed our new toilet and have not had any further problems. So, Nate was corrected with his diagnosis. Thank you for being so professional and for being real. Great Work Chad! Our AC suddenly stopped working so we called Time on a Sunday morning. Chad asked me a couple of questions to get an idea of what the issue might be, and then he arrived, found and fixed the issue in my outside AC fuse panel quickly and got our AC working again saving us from the 88 degree temperature outside.

Chad was very polite, clearly explained the issue and why it had occurred, and gave us a quote for the work, which is exactly what the final bill came in at - no surprises.

Chad also performed a courtesy inspection of our main power panel and let us know of a loose connection which he recommended we take care of and, per our request, gave us a very reasonable estimate to correct that issue.

I called for service for my broken-down furnace. The only good thing about it is that they were able to send someone the same day.

The man who came quoted me what I think is an outrageously high price: over $900 to replace a burnt-out blower motor. He even wrote $1300 and crossed it out like he was giving me a generous discount.

I ended up doing the job myself for less than $200. I know that a shop has to turn a profit, but the price was simply too much to stomach.

We have been customers of Time since moving to the area more than three years ago. Everyone we have dealt with has been courteous and professional. We've been happy with their service, and in particular with David Anderson. We trust him to advise us on the options and solutions to our needs, from replacements to preventive service.

My complaint is only with customer service. They used a bait and switch strategy to rope me in. Told me I could use my $885 coupon for a new water heater completely installed so I turned away other contractors who said they would charge me more. What they didn't tell me is that it would actually cost me twice as much...that I find out after the guy arrives. So it cost me about $1650. Yes I could have sent them walking but then I was looking at another day or two of no hot water, spending another day waiting for another contractor, etc. Time is money so of course this company got to do the job and take me for twice as much money as they estimated the job would cost.

David A was very professional. He promptly diagnosed the issue and work to fix it. The blizzard did not prevent him to come and work on my mother's condo until the issue was fixed. Anthony came initially to help troubleshoot a leak. We thought it was found but turned out we called Time back out to look into the issue some more. It turned out to be a bigger problem than originally thought. Through all of this, Anthony was polite, professional, on time and efficient. Had Time Plumbing over to clean out my lateral line from my washer downstairs. They were able to come over right away and was there in about 45 min. Wesly came down and cleaned out the line for us and even took extra time and effort to fix my floor drain that has a plug stuck in it. Something I have been trying to do for years. And said that they could have someone out the NEXT day around 1pm. And they called me around 11:30am to let me know that they would be here around 1:20pm. And when he showed up he introduced himself Mike(A different Mike HAHA 😄) He told A look at the Furnace and then went to look at the Air Conditioning system and said that it was was very low on Coolant and went to his Truck and got some Coolant,and while he was putting the Coolant in told me about some other issues that can cause the Air Conditioning system problems and he went into such Details about what I could do to save me A LOT OF MONEY$$$$. And Appreciate that Honesty(A Lot of these Companies won't tell you so they can Charge You UP the BLEEP BLEEP) But NOT Time Plumbing and Heating😁. So after Mike was Finished and giving me all those Details on how to prevent future Problems, here came the Paper which we all know show's how much it was going to Cost Me😳 and Mike said NO CHARGE THAT'S RIGHT ON CHARGES(WOW!!!) I was worried because it was 1yr. and A half later. NOW THAT'S GREAT A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND SERVICES. Great service at a very reasonable price. Tylor was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me like other companies have tried to with other services or scare tactics. I called another plumbing company back in December to clean out the sewer roots and they didn't do it all the way and have had problems since. Tylor got it done. I have to call someone to clean out the sewer roots every year so I'll be calling them next year for sure.

The only complaint I have is that I had to call twice and a leave a message both times as they don't answer the phone. The lady that called me back didn't listen to my messages as she called me back on my work number not my cell. Almost missed the call if I hadn't stayed a little later at work.

We had a problem with our boiler. The problem stopped during the summer and started back as temperatures dropped. Dave A. understood the issue and his plan found the problem with a minimal coast. I was pleased with the work and the total cost. Nate worked with Dave to find the leak under the floor.

I started up my sprinkler system last weekend and what a mess. I called around to get the broken pipes fixed and the charges were ridiculous. I them got a hold of Jeff at Time Plumbing. He came out the same day and fixed the pipes for what I thought was more than responsible. I'd recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs..

I had a minor emergency with kitchen back up. I called at midnight and the technician was here around 9 AM that morning. Superior Service and bed side manner. VERY knowledgeable and for once was not nickled and dimed. I think I finally found a great plumber. Reasonable prices.

Such a scam. Came by and said our faucet needed to be replaced. He said the charge is normally $750, but would give us a discount for $550. We told him that's ridiculous and he left. Today, we just had the whole faucet purchased and installed for less than $200. These people are absolute CROOKS.

I have used Time Plumbing and Heating previously and was very satisfied with everything concerning their work and Technitions, however the gentleman I requested had retired so they sent a yourng man Named Jeff A. After some conversation I was convinced that this young man knew what he was dealing with. We have an old furnace and I was concerned about this young mans knowledge on older types of furnaces but he excelled and did a beautiful job, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, courteous and not only will I use Time Plumbing, Heatung and Electric agin, I will certainlly request Jeff A. again. If it takes an extra day for his service I will sacrifice whatever is needed just to get his excellent service and would suggest the same to anyone needing this type of service. Time is a great company.

This is the second time I used Time. From the first phone call to the finished product I was impressed. Joel Ruiz was my plumber for the second time. Ron came out to help with a blocked sewer main; though we didn't get it cleared (ABSOLUTELY NOT HIS FAULT - NATURE OF THE BLOCK/BREAKAGE), he explained very clearly the nature of the issue (getting the scope out later today to confirm his suspicions), my options in dealing with it, and how to perform preventative maintenance in order to avoid issues down the road.

I'll update this once we have a root cause (I hope not, but I think that's gonna turn out to be a pun), but until then, I CAN'T RECOMMEND RON HIGHLY ENOUGH!

Here's my story....
The gentleman who came, Nate, was very friendly and pleasant. The positive stops there.
I am looking to install a salon sink in my basement. The sink will be on the outside wall of the furnace room. There are hot and cold water lines already positioned right next to where the sink needs to be. The job consists of tapping into those lines, running a drain pipe to the drain and installing a drain vent. He informed me that he wouldn't use copper pipe.
I've had 2 quotes to do this job. One came in at $700, which included a $75 hair trap part. The other came in at $575. Both said its a few hours work, simple and cut and dry.
Imagine my shock when the quote came in at $2,800. He mumbled about $500 in materials-NO way that's possible, but even if it's so, that means that he's expecting the job to take a full day...let's say 8 hours, charging almost $300/hour labor!
Almost $3,000 to install a sink?! He must have thought I was an idiot.

So, I didn't hate their service... but here's my story....

I called Time, complaining of a noisy AC.

they come by, and perform a clean and service for $170, roughly...

A week later, the rotor cage's blower wheel failed. The blower wheel coming apart was the cause of the noise.

Sure, I likely needed the servicing... but the tech failed to identify and fix the problem I called for.

It's a good thing I'm mechanically inclined and was able to buy and replace the $146 (retail cost) replacement blower wheel...

I got the pleasure of having Jeff service my unit. Absolutely great customer service. This guy is very knowledgeable and an honest technician. Found the issue immediately and helped our home become a home again. Remember to ask for Jeff!!

We used Time plumbing once before and we liked them, so decided to contact them again when our water main broke. This time we were told they would come by the next day between 10-2 and no one ever showed up or called. When I called to look into what happened, I was told they were busy and running behind, and they couldn't get to us today. I get that they're busy, but so are we. I expect a phone call when someone is running late and I don't think that's too much to ask. Not going with them again. We'll find another plumber..... There's no shortage.

Really not sure how this happened to me with so many quality reviews:

I just purchased a foreclosure and wanted to have some things checked out, including the HVAC and plumbing. I typically have all pressure valves replaced with 1/4 turn on all my rental properties, so I wanted a quote for that, I noticed a running toilet, and the AC was not cooling great. Figured being newer to town, it would be nice to have 1 company that can handle all this stuff.

The plumbing side is what really irritated me. I asked what they charge to change out a valve and he said we go by the book, $250 per. Seriously? The part is $8 and I've seen them switched out in 6 minutes. He then said, well, I'm here, what would you be willing to pay? So start with a ridiculously high number and then negotiate down, smart. I declined the negotiation and the work.

The AC guy I thought was pretty cool. He was younger and not quite as jaded. He checked over the system, took readings, explained a few things and said the AC is in decent shape overall.

He ran his camera inside and said I have a cracked heat exchanger. I hear this all the time and it is a fairly common scare tactic. If you do some research, you will see that if there is even a crack, a tiny one is not a huge deal and the physics and mechanics of the machine really don't lend themselves to problems until the crack is substantially large.

Since I live next door to the property, the first guy says, you have the same unit? I don't even need to look, I know your exchanger is cracked. Why don't we just give you a two'fer at $2800 each ($3400 for one).

Seriously? Maybe you could check equipment before saying it should be replaced. Maybe the guy was just being funny, but I don't think scare tactics trying to get $5000 out of someone are that funny.

Mark A did a great job fixing the issue. He was very professional and honest. He explained the issue and got it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

I've lived in the Denver Highlands for over 12 years and have had several experiences, many negative with plumbers. Seems like you always need them at the most in opportune times. If you call Applewood they will try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need, over charge on every item, and may or may not fix your problem.

Time is a very different company. Great reception, friendly thoughtful discussion, timely arrival, professional plumber with loads of experience, and integrity is a brief overview. I saved their information in my phone and will most certainly exclusively use this company going forward.

My daughter flushed a small Minnie Mouse figure and some TP down the toilet. Nightmare on New Year's Day. Time had Wesley J. at the house in an hour or so. He was very nice and well presented. He diagnosed the problem as a stuck toy in the toilet, however due to the age of the toilet he was unable to dislodge the figure.

I agreed to purchase a new toilet with install from Time. Wesley left and returned in 30 mins or so with a new Toto toilet, very nice, and installed it. After a few flushes the drain continued to back up and he busted open the old toilet to find no Minny but only a bunch of scale. Namely, we had two problems: (1) an old toilet with poor flow and (2) a Minnie Mouse stuck in our drain pipe.

Wesley removed the new toilet, augered there drain sending pieces of Minnie out into the abyss, and reinstalled the new toilet, with new lines, nice seal, and all.

The amazing part of the story, and difference between a company like Applewood, is that since he misdiagnosed where Minnie was stuck and we destroyed my old toilet; Time gave us the new toilet and it's install for free!

I literally cannot believe it, but it's true. This is an honest plumbing company that stands by it's work, diagnosis, and offered tremendous customer service on a national holiday. My family can use the bathroom and we've banned small toys from potty breaks.

You should certainly use Time Plumbing & Heating for your needs!

Service was good but they overcharged us by a lot. Our total bill was almost $1,000 for installing 2 faucets taking only 2 hours. We tried contacting the owner who was very nice and promised a refund of $100, but it never showed up.

Time Plumbing Heating Air Drains and Electric, and in particular, Robert Seiffert, Service Speicalist, did yoeman's work today analyzing my sprinkler system and fixing my down stairs bathroom sink. All of this at a very reasonable price. The sink was not an easy fix as it was clogged with cement sediment but Robert was all business and merely said we got it when the job was complete which took less than 45 minutes. I highly recommend Robert and TIme and would use them again in a milisecond.

My Service Tech was Nate F. He helped diagnose my clogged drain quickly then snaked it...loosening the clog...in a matter of minutes. He also helped me get my brand new lav sink stopper to close properly. His sense of humor was a delight.

We came home to water leaking in our walls and ceiling in the basement and Justin came within 45 minutes of us calling. He was extremely helpful and fixed the leak in under an hour. We are very happy we called!

This is the 2nd time Ken has helped fix our plumbing issues. Both times he was earlier than the window we were given and in/out within 30. Would definitely recommend. Great job. Thanks.

On April 17: Tyler was very friendly, prompt, and quick to clear our kitchen drain line. Our house sitters dumped egg shells down the kitchen garbage disposal drain clogging both sinks. A quick call to Time and within a few hours it was fixed, and cleaned. Thank you again Tyler.

Note: Do not put anything down your garbage disposal scrap the dishes in the trash first. Potato peels, coffee grinds, and egg shells will easily clogged kitchen drains.

Nate F. has help my grandmother with a lot of things around her home. We really appreciate all his hard work. Nate is very understanding of the work that needed to be done. Takes a lot of pride in his work as well. When finished Nate explains everything that his has done and informs my grandmother if anythings comes up to let him know and he would be back to fix the problem. Nathan Fisher came by to figure out where a dampness in the ceiling was coming from. He isolated the cause (a broken seal under the toilet in the bathroom above) and efficiently fixed it. Professional, good-humored, and very reasonable-- not a surprise as Nate came to do a service check on our furnace last fall, and was fantastic then. As long as he's with Time we'll call them first!

I called several boiler / heat / water contractors for estimates to install BOTH an on-demand water boiler (for a hi-velocity furnace system) and a conventional water heater (my domestic water) into my non-conventional house.

Morris from TIME was the ONLY one to give me a straight-up estimate with options for cost-savings and mechanical options to best integrate the systems with my HVAC unit and my HVAC contractor.

The work was done timely and with quality. Morris answered the phone on a Friday night when my system wasn't working and problem-solved with me to determine that the problem was a result of Xcel making a dumbass mistake out on the street earlier that day and not informing me or any of my neighbors... Yay US corporations that don't give a F***.

The best part was that when the water heater was hauled upstairs in my house there was some accidental damage to the new wood staircase - TIME responded immediately to work with me, rather than against me - to effect the best repair in the most equitable fashion. Having moved back from Canada recently, where business responsibility is part of the culture rather than our US litigation system which seems determined to deflect responsibility, I can honestly say that TIME is ONLY one of two US-based contractors I have dealt with in my rather significant house remodel / new construction here in Denver that compares to my Canadian experiences: they actually have a moral compass that is aligned to be true and honest as opposed to simply speaking bullcrap excuses.

I've built and remodeled homes here in the US, Canada and New Zealand, and working with TIME was an exceptional experience.

I own a hundred year old house and the boiler is original - converted from coal no less. It recently stopped working and instead of pushing me to buy a new one David buckled down and fixed it - to code no less. Time/David saved me thousands by working with what I had! David really knows his stuff!

Nate was friendly, informative, and got the job done when my sewage ejector float switch went out. He fixed the problem, recommended maintenance to extend the life of the system, and cleaned up when he was done.

Wesley got our bathroom up and running again. We had problems with drains in the tub and sink. Wesley had the knowledge and skill to fix both. He was punctual and courteous.

THEY OVER CHARGE!!!!! I called to have them come out to clear a drain in the basement. It started out fine, they started to run the snake down the drain to clean it out but it quickly went bad. They hit mud. They then gave me a quote of $4,200 to $12,500. They said they would have to jack up the floor in the basement because the pipe to the main line had collapsed. Here is the deal.... They would have had to jack up maybe 10 feet.... With those numbers I called someone else to get a second opinion. The other company came out and found that yes, part of a pipe had collapsed, however, it was not part of the pipe that went to the main line. It was much simpler, a 5 foot line, and that really I would not have to jack up the floor. $600 later it is fixed. THEY WOULD HAVE OVER CHARGED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! GET A SECOND OPINION!!! I cannot believe that they would give a quote like that.

We are having trouble with our boiler and wanted to repair it but Time Plumbing has plastered their stickers all over the emergency information and diagrams for both our boiler and water heater. Had they stuck their stickers on one of the 95% empty locations on either appliance we would have called them. But the fact that they went out of there way to cover the emergency instructions is disgusting. They will never have our business. Shame on you Time Plumbing.

Wesley is wonderful! He addresses all of our needs and is proactive is finding problems/great a solving them! He is extremely responsive, proactive, trustworthy, and always provides service above and beyond.

My kitchen sink is particularly annoying to deal with. Justin J came over on a Sunday evening to unclogg it. I have never had a plumber do such a thorough job. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

They didn't come to bring me good news, but I have to give Time Plumbing and our technician Robert credit for laying out what the problem was a crafting a fine solution. I no longer have a leaking sprinkler system and it is now up to code.

I had a leak appear on Sunday in my basement, which super-bummed me out cause I missed Game of Thrones because of it.

Anyway, I called Time Plumbing, and they scheduled me right in and sent out Roberto, who fixed the problem right away and was super-nice about it.

I hate plumbing issues, so hopefully I don't ever need a plumber again, but if I did, Time Plumbing would definitely be my go-to people.

Called and offered to pay for expedited service, as my house is about 50 degrees (10 outside), and they quoted a mandatory $75 service fee +a $40 expedite fee, which didn't even guarantee someone would be out today. Called Golden West heating (a true emergency heating and plumbing) and paid the $129 fee to be put at the top of the list, and saw a tech an hour later. Shop around people.

Very professional and courteous. Explained what he was doing and why. Finally a good experience with a plumber. Anthony was excellent.

Have used them several times before with decent results but this time was charged $300 per hour to swap out 2 light fixtures and change a smoke detector battery. Will never use them again.

Absurd. They won't work with home warranty companies just to call and say how much a quote is to adjust your reimbursement from the warranty company, if needed. I'm not expecting full cooperation obviously, but just enough so that I can be reimbursed since I'm forced to use an outside contractor.

Charged me $200 to fix a toilet flapper. Completely refused to work with me on price, instead tried to convince me I was getting a good deal. One star because technically the problem got fixed.

Do not expect reasonable prices and you cannot get an estimated price in advance. They will charge you the 43 dollar trip charge and then pull out a price list with prices that are way to high. They could have just used that price list to provide an estimate over the phone and then I never would have had them come out.

Time PHE is fast, reasonably priced; and, the Tech David Anderson was very professional, efficient and informative. I will always use Time for all of my PHE needs. Great company! Great Techs!

I paid a trip fee plus a diagnostic fee (because the trip fee just get them there, it is extra money to actually have them look at your issue) totaling $110 for an estimate over 3x higher than anyone else.
