Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this one. First red flag is not giving us an estimate over the phone on how much the charge would be on top of the $99 cleaning IF we had to go through the toilet instead of crawl space. So many attempts of up charging during the appointment.Definitely won’t be coming back.

Erick is a man of his word. He went above the norm to replace my sewer line including a couple trips after the work was done to help on the sprinkler system. I highly recommend him.

Sunday afternoon, other companies giving 5-7 day appointments, for a clogged toilet/shower. These guys picked up the phone, they were on site in 20 minutes (!), and took all time needed to fix the issue that was a blockage almost 100' down the line. Top notch

Martin was polite and upbeat, took care of everything! It couldn't have been easier on us, well worth it to know the pipes are cleaned up and good to go!

Bruce was responsive right away when I contacted him about a leak in our basement. He and Luther came out, assisted the issue, and got fixed quickly. They were both professional, timely, and the price was not bad especially on a Sunday. I would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

I placed an order for a cutting board from Black Tulip Antiques through Ruby Lane. The cutting board is great and just as described. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. I would definitely order from Black Tulip again.

We worked with Ruben at Flowrite plumbing to get a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt in getting us taken care of and extremely courteous. They are our new go to plumber.

Horrible attitude, communication, planning and execution.We had scheduled a service at a specific time a couple days out because we wanted our place of business to be operational at normal time of opening for the day.After confirming multiple times about the time scheduled, and Driving an hour myself to make sure I would be there on time. The technician was 1.5 hours late while the dispatcher kept telling me “he’ll be there in 20 minutes” 3 separate times. Ashen he finally arrived he proceeded to tell me the job would have never been completed In The 3 hour allotment of time and blamed me for assuming that when it was his company that set those expectations.All in all it was a horrible experience and cannot imaging using or referring them to anyoneUse at your own risk.

I’ve been using this company for years with great results until about six months ago. The last two times I have called them they We’re supposed to give me a call when on route. This didn’t happen.When it’s for myself or one of my rentals it’s not a problem but when I do it for a family friend who is 78 years old and almost blind it’s very much a problem. She did not know where the clean out was or how to tell the tech what to do. And results numerous phone calls trying to figure it out and I had to talk to the tech who is supposed to call me so I could meet him and show him.After asking for a supervisor two different times I finally got a call and they decided to turn my account to a commercial account? That doesn’t make any sense when they’re all residential homes and not commercial buildings?So I said oh great what kind of perks do I get with the commercial account? Absolutely none we’re just going to charge you 2 1/2 times the normal fee of $240 instead of 93? I said what kind of good business practice is that? Dead silence on the line. After talking to the rep, it sounds like they’re going through management issues? You can say that again.The last two or three times I’ve tried to call them early in the morning it had been at least 1 to 2 to 3 days to get a tech out there one in years past it was the same day. I guess it’s time to shop for someone that is looking for referrals and repeat business? Maybe they’re getting too big for their britches.Update: I just heard from Lee the manager. I explained to him the situation. He totally got it and understood and plans to talk with Chris to make sure that everyone is on the same page.I explained to Lee that I had a lot of rentals and help a lot of people and have referred plumbline because of past service excellence.It looks like the Miscommunication has been cleared up. And because Lee did call and seem concerned I will give them another chance.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Excellent service & very competitive prices. Mr. Plumber has been my plumber for many years and that isn't going to change.

We recently had Matt from jd's plumbing do some repair work on our heat pump. He performed the work efficiently and answered all my questions so that I could understand what he did. Thankfully JD's plumbing was able to schedule him so that he was able to show up the same day we called, so that we had our air conditioner before the rally hot weather came in. Thanks JS's Plumbing for helping us out.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
