Best Gas System in Denver CO

This is my new plumber! Very professional in every aspect.

They looked at a waterline break in the common area of a subdivision. Their proposal was super expensive. We used a sewer line company. $11,000+ vs <$4,000.
6-hour job with a 3-man crew to excavate 6' to get to the waterline.

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

Great showroom and great service with excellent work

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Tech quickly troubleshot my problem, clearly explained to me what needed to be done and why, as well as the total cost, which was extremely reasonable. He then cleared the drain completely with no mess. I had dreaded calling anyone before but I now will only use Elite and I will confidently refer them to my family and friends.

Called Horizon out after our furnace died on us, they were able to diagnose, repair, and get our system back up and running. They even took the time to help us understand and set up a thermostat schedule based on when we are home. Outstanding service and very knowledgeable crew!

Called WHE to reset a toilet that I suspected was leaking sewer gas and to get a quote for a new water heater. I made the appointment through the website and promptly received a call from Alex to confirm the time and what needed to be done. When he arrived for the appointment, he took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue with the toilet, gave me a quote and got to work. After he was done, he went over what he did. As for the water heater quote, he gave me a couple of options on the brand he would use and explained why he recommends those brands. The quote I got was reasonable. I would not hesitate using WHE again.
