So far so good-
Out of town when main drain issues were discovered by friends watching house.
Luis was very accommodating-would have come out the night it was discovered but my company was not available so he was out there first thing the next morning.
Ended up needing a repair done so permit was pulled, yard was trenched, repair completed and inspection passed by city.
Luis kept me appraised of situation as it progressed with pictures and video when done.

Will obviously do a personal inspection when I return but seems like it all was done well and timely.

I would use TCF for small emergency plumbing issues, but not for anything else.
They ended up having to come back and dig up the work they did because they did not pull a permit for the work - we only found out because another contractor hired to work on a different section of our basement told us they couldn't start work unless the previous work had passed inspection (for liability reasons). When we asked TCF for the permit, they tried to give us a million excuses, telling us they didn't need it, that they could submit the permit with photos, and that they were friends with the inspector. Inspector had no idea who these people even were and photos did not suffice. They worked with us to solve the issue, but the fact that they didn't know the code and tried to gaslight us out of a permit was really sketchy.

I have been using ATC for three years now, they are responsive, courteous and extremely professional. They have always come to my rescue the same day. I recommend them highly.

They cleaned up every thing, showed us how to close and open the water line to our building, and were fair and honest in their pricing. They gave us a break in the cost since it was both me and my neighbor, with 11 new stop valves and 2 kitchen sink installations. If I could give them a negative number I would. I have made multiple (too many) phone calls requesting a corrected invoice so that my insurance company will reimburse me for the $11,000 dollars I paid them to fix a sewer line. State Farm has also made the requests. I just keep getting the runaround. I have used Royal Rooter many times in the past and they have always been excellent. Elite Rooter has been very UNreliable!!!

Mark and his son are extremely professional and very kind. I felt very confident with his work helping me sort through my sump pump issue. I highly recommend Mark and if I need anything in the future he is my go to guy and I will highly recommend him to any one.

Don’t expect for them to keep their word on anything pertaining to timing. They’re always late, leave mid way through their job. It just feels like they do not care about their job

Awful service!!!! Arranged for faucet install though Home Depot. Home Depot told me Delta would contact me within 2 days. They did not. After being on hold for 30 min. after I called them, we arranged a 2 hour window for install. 45 minutes before this window, they called me to tell me they couldn't make it. Arranged for another 2 hour window on a different day. After this window expired, never heard from them, I called and was a on hold for a full thirty minutes, the rep said she couldn't get ahold of the installer. 20 minutes later she called and said his truck had broken and he couldn't do it. When I asked if I could have a specific time, not a window, for the next attempt, I was told not. I will not use!!! Very, very poor service, do not use!!!
