Best Gas Leak Repair in Denver CO

I've called other vendors before and they all have significant wait times for service. When it's freezing outside and your heat goes out you can't wait a week for service. Done Plumbing & Heating has always been able to respond to the several heating and AC issues we've had very quickly. They are highly professional, their service is great and their prices are fair.

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

My wife called Drain Terrier after our kitchen drain started backing up. They were willing to come out to SE Aurora later that day after 4PM since my wife is a teacher and I had to work late. After quickly determining where the clog was located, Tracy asked where the clean out in the basement was located and got to work after carefully covering the carpet. After clearing the clog, he ensured that the clean out cover was secured and leak free. After he was done, the area was surprisingly clean. Tracy charged us a fair price for providing us a free flowing kitchen drain. Tracy is friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call Drain Terrier again for any future plumbing work.

I didn't actually use Adams plumbing, because they helped me over the phone by giving me some good advice about what to do with my troublesome hot water heater. He pointed out that it was likely still under warranty and told me to gather the necessary documents and call the manufacturer. I appreciate to good advice and helpfulness over the phone (and texts). If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. I will definitely be using TCF for any future repairs that I can’t handle myself. Keep up the good work Thomas!

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Tipping Hat provided efficient, professional service, and Brandon in particular, was absolutely great! He worked and worked on an especially difficult problem until he successfully solved it. And he was very pleasant to work with. The cost was the very low price they initially quoted. I certainly will call Tipping Hat for any future plumbing needs I might have, and I hope Brandon get assigned to work on it.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

I count on Horizon sending a qualified, professional tech to my home for service. In most cases I have seen them before and welcome them back.

Rueben was recommended - but, I assume it was for a newer home.
We purchased a 1950's ranch that had all older piping. We wanted to move the location of the toliet as well as build a new shower pan and relocate the washer and dryer. He was super casual and cool at the bid and then it all went downhill. I was quoted a price of 4200 for the ENTIRE JOB! When I asked him 5 times for the list of the things covered in ENTIRE JOB, I never received it, even though we asked for it 5-6 times. We continued on as we needed work done. When he arrived the first day the whole picture changed. When I referred back to the conversation he acted like he was unaware of any of it. The price kept growing and we were too far in. We them hired a very good GC to come and do all the things that Rueben had told his was in the price and he had to redo almost the entire job. Rueben did not put on blocking plates on any of the new plumbing and charged us triple the cost for work he did not even do. He also installed the wall mounted toliet system wrong on the wall and did not connect the pipes into the right main line.
Additionally, he claimed he would need to re-route the things he did not have to re-route. He claimed to need a concrete company to come to help chisel the hole, even though that was not in the bid. He had our card stored on file (big no no) and just kept charging us.
His crew completely destroyed the brand new wall mounted radiant heaters that we had just has installed a week before. When confronted on this he tried to blame the concrete company that he hired and charged us for.
He is a total scam artist. Then we we confronted him on why he did not put blocking plates on he got very aggressive and claimed he would call the city on us. He takes 2-3 week vacations and cannot take calls on vacation, pretty ironic for someone that knew he was charging and receiving money for work performed not only incorrectly but, also incomplete.
Hiring Rueben is a huge mistake and he will end up costing you money!
I am not sure, but I think part of the reason he never sent an estimate is because this is his game plan. SHADY !

Couldn’t be happier I called IIya to fix a reoccurring drain issue with our kitchen sink. He made it out with a few hours and had the problem was fixed within the hour. Like the other reviews before me mentioned, he takes pride in his work, is a pleasure to work with and charges a fair amount. I will be using IIya for all of our future plumbing needs.

WHE Plumbing is an AMAZING company! We had Alex replace our water heater and his customer service was top notch. He was quick to respond and spent a lot of time discussing our options and going through the details of what he was going to do. We are going to hire him to replace our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet as well. I would recommend WHE Plumbing to anyone!

We contacted King Rooter & Plumbing with a very complex and tough job and they stepped up to the task. They water jetted our pipes, did a repipe for our main lines, put in a p-trap for our washing machine, and replaced our hot water heater. The manager, Hank, was very helpful and communicative with us and gave us a fair quote. Kevrick and Hunter were the two technicians who came to our house and they were very polite and professional. The repipe was very complicated but they stepped up to the task and did a quality job. I am writing this review a month later and we still have clear lines! It's hard to find a good plumber these days and I'm so thankful to have found them. I highly recommend this company and we will be using King Rooter in the future.
