Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

We had a plumbing emergency unfortunately on a weekend at the last moment. Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line.
