Kyle and True Plumbing provided stellar performance to our home bathroom and kitchen project. Kyle provided recommended specifications for approval, purchased all necessary materials, provided all necessary equipment, and was responsible for all maintenance and clean-up of our project. And he is efficient and quick!

Kyle spent a lot of time and energy in putting the finishing touches on 3 of our toilets, our kitchen sink and dishwasher. I was pleased by his courtesy and professionalism, and for his willingness to go the extra mile to make the job come out right.

We had a plumbing emergency unfortunately on a weekend at the last moment. Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

David was incredibly helpful in helping detect our leak and install a new pressure valve. As long as he is working there I will never use another plumbing company.

We appreciated that they were able to be here the day that I called. But, the price of over 400 dollars to clean and scope the pipe seemed extremely expensive. This is 100 dollars more than when they did it last year. I hope that they were not taking advantage of my family member who was here at the time, as I had been called away to help a friend.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

We've awarded Lorenzo from Plumb Tech two jobs at a small apartment building we own (6 units). In 2015 he re-plumbed the entire building from one system into 3, so that in the future if we had issues with one unit we wouldn't have to shut water off to all units. He did this work while our units were filled, with minimal impact on our tenants, and his team was fantastic. As a very involved (female) owner, they never made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions or watching over the work, and they always took the time to fill me in on what it was they were doing. This year Lorenzo helped get us through a corroded sewer line in one unit, again with minimal impact on tenants and tolerating lots of pestering questions from me. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber around, he's not your guy. But if you want a master plumber who will answer your calls; who will show up to assess problems; who will fit your project in no matter how pressing his calendar; who be respectful; who maintains a responsible staff; and who will be fair on pricing - then you definitely want Lorenzo.
