I called at 4:45pm on a Monday, they had a service-man (Pete) out to my home at 10:00am the next morning. Super professional, did a great job explaining what was wrong, why, and how to keep it from happening again. Fixed my problem 100%. These are our go-to guys from now on for all plumbing needs. 5/5 service in all aspects.

We previously used a different plumbing company that managed to unclog the drain, but told us the problem was in one area of pipe that we then paid to have dug up--turns out that part was totally fine! Fast forward a bit and we have another back up in the same drain. Roto-rooter was terrific. They knew exactly how to find the source of the problem and fix it and they got it right. These guys are totally professional. Definitely worth the money!

Just want to say this company is great to work with. They're responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me with sewer inspections and unclogging my sewer line. Since i wanted to alleviate my concern of future root infiltration to my sewer line, I decided to have them replace most of my sewer line using the pipe bursting method; a method that works very well and saved me a lot of yard repair and potential root damage to the tree we have in our front yard. The pricing was fair, the work was done well and completed in one day. I definitely recommend this company.

Dan at Key Plumbing is the absolute best! Not only has he installed new bathroom faucet and shower for me, he came to my rescue at my moms house!
