As everything was starting to settle down for the day, my downstairs toilet and shower backed up and overflowed. Feces and water poured out and covered the bathroom floor. After normal business hours, Drain Terrier was able to get there quick, knew how to address the problem, fixed it, and even helped clean up a bit. I highly recommend them for such an emergency.

Last month, my bathroom pipes were leaking badly, due to which the walls started cracking. I was really worried about the cracks. I called prime plumbing Inc. services and told them my issue. I was amazed by their fast services. They arrived within 2 hours and completed the whole work before night. Our water heater burst and a friend recommended we call WHE Plumbing. I am so happy we took his advice. We called ALEX late Monday evening and he promptly came out an hour later and reviewed the situation. After we discussed the total cost (lowest of the four plumbers we had called prior to getting our friend's recommendation), he was willing to perform the work immediately , but told him i had a prior engagement that night. We agreed to 9 AM the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised when he appeared at 8:30 to start the work. I have never had a contractor arrive in a timely manner, much less a half hour early. The work was completed quickly, cleanly and professionally. ALEX was meticulous in the installation and cleanup. I stood over ALEX the entire time and peppered him with questions which he graciously answered. I later found all his answers were honest and right on point. The appt. scheduler was very polite and offered to schedule me the same afternoon. The technician was very respectful and explained everything he was doing. He snaked out the basement floor drain and was finished with the whole call in less than half an hour. This was my second experience with Roto Rooter and I have been happy with their work.

The repair person located the source of the leak. It was a poorly installed compression fitting and there was a slow leak that had been occurring for quite a while. We discussed the repair and I informed him I was confident I could do the work myself. He provided information as to what the prior installer had done incorrectly and never pressured me into using his services. He was very professional and helpful.

I called on Wednesday, Mr. Plumber returned my call and asked for a a text picture of my bathtub faucet. I sent the picture on Wednesday afternoon and now it is Saturday and there have been no texts or phone calls returned from him. It's obvious he is not interested in my business, so I will take it elsewhere.
