We appreciate the fast effective response to a leak in our refrigerator line that was dripping water on our hardwood floor. The problem was quickly evaluated and fixed within a hour of Roscoe's arrival. Roscoe was great to work with.

They were great to work with from the first phone call. The office staff is amazing! The technician showed up promptly and fixed an outdoor spigot which was leaking into the basement. The tech also suggested installing a sump pump in our basement, which saved us from having our basement flood when we had heavy rains. They are now our go to for any plumbing issues!

After looking for a trustworthy company to repair our AC, I finally came across Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their technicians were highly polite and answered my questions patiently. Prompt response to call for winter leak in water line outdoors, quick arrival at texted time and quickly helped get water line turned off - not a simple feat as had to pump out area around water meter at street as it got flooded by leak then turn off. Charge fair ($150) for emergency visit in early Friday am (he came at 7:30a) and time and effort. Estimate pending for leak fix-bigger project -

Called them when I landed at Denver airport. They were at my place before my train had even made it home. I gave them the garage code. They got in, found it was a simple issue, fixed it before I was home, and didn't charge me anything. And I still have time to write this review from the train. Alan was awesome, honest, prompt, helpful. Feels good to say I've found my plumber for whatever else I need in the future!

Needed to cap old water lines and create T's for new lines. Cap Hill Plumbing came in with the best quote and completed the work in no time. Very professional, very skilled, very friendly. Highly recommend for any plumbing work you need.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Incredibly professional plumber who does great work!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.
