Charles did an excellent job for us. He really looks out for his customers and makes sure the job met our expectations. He is a very pleasant and personable guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had a plumbing issue and needed help. Johnny was right on time addressed the issue and was on his way. He was super friendly and didn’t mind our new puppy either!

Called the day we had a little main line blockage and couldn't get someone out right away. Made an appointment for 8am the next day (Sunday) and problem was solved (tree roots) had another plumber service check it out and they wanted $600+ to do the same job AAA did for $80 no extra fees or bs. More than pleased with the service and prices!Update: 1/31/2023Used these guys again and very happy with the service and speed! Our tech Larry B. installed a new shower valve after I personally destroyed or 30yr old value trying to do some fixture updates. He was very professional & helpful. He walked me through the process and took plenty of pics along the way! Glad I called AAA for help!

I hired this company to install an entirely new HVAC system in October. It is now December and the job isn't complete. The work began promptly and the techs were all very kind (especially Kyle and Chappy). They worked hard and got it mostly done in 2 days time. Since then they have returned many times to fix multiple issues. Twice they have no-showed me which is unacceptable. Several other times the equipment was wrong or not enough time was allotted for the tech to finish the job properly. I paid in cash upfront $13k and I still get the runaround. Perhaps half now and half when the job is done would be better motivation? Scheduling error, shipping delays, and I just can't imagine what happened are excuses I've received. I am hoping they get it finished soon as this has taken time and effort weekly on my part for months. I am still waiting on HVAC filters, vent repair, and drywall repair for unnecessary cutouts.I will update accordingly.UPDATE: 5/1/23 It took weeks after this review for my filters to come and I only received half of them. Being as I had little effort left to give, I decided to let it go. I called several times mentioning the filters as I requested them to repair the drywall they removed, but I received neither. Until going into the crawl space I hadn't known they also left old discarded vents open so as to allow air from below the house into the house (very dusty area). Between all the promises left unfulfilled and lack of response for anything they hadn't planned for, I couldn't recommend the company. There are plenty to go with.I can say they make warranty calls pretty quickly but it never solves the existing issues, just what pops up. The techs are always very nice and as helpful as possible.

Ben was fantastic. He worked 2 full days at my house, replacing & installing recessed lighting, replacing interior outlets, and installing exterior outlets. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and took extra time to show me things about my house’s electrical system. His work was meticulous and thorough. I can’t recommend him and Blue Sky highly enough.

Had some flooding in our basement a couple of day's ago and a friend recommended calling Golden West. It was a good recommendation. Anthony and Felix came over to help. The company was kind enough to give us a good time frame upon arrival and sent the name, picture and profile of the technician who would be assisting us.Anthony and Felix were great! Very polite upon arrival and took all necessary precautions relating to Covid and cleanliness. They listened and asked questions before assuming anything. They went down into a very messy basement and got the job done quickly. While working they were explaining what could be causing the flooding and gave us many options, good advise and precautions. When they had completed the job, they cleaned up the mess and left the basement smelling clean.Job well done gentleman! I would highly recommend Anthony and Felix and would trust them and Golden West for any future repairs I may have!5 Stars to Anthony, Felix and Golden West!
