Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Drain Terrier is the way to go! They were professional, courteous, and responsive. When I wasn't totally convinced with the first assessment they gave me, they heard me out and double-checked their work. Worth every penny! Definitely using again!!!

When selling my house I was required to do a pretty extensive sewer repair that was under a fairly major street. I called just about every company in Denver to get an estimate, and the estimates varied by about $20,000. Some companies said that it was too much work to do with getting permits from the city. E&J came out and did an estimate, got the permits, and gave me a quick estimate that was lower than anyone else. When I elected to move forward with them they performed the job quickly with no issues and stuck to the estimate. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Very poor response time and does not warranty work or parts. This ‘company’ is extremely unprofessional. I will never use them again.

Ricky, my technician, was knowledgable, kind and helpful. He stopped my leaks, repaired the pipes and installed a hot water heater. He left everything clean and vacuumed.

This guy is the man! He diagnosed my water hammer over the phone without charging me while other big companies wanted $60 just to come out. Any future work I have, for sure giving this guy a call back. Thank you again!

Long story short, Do NOT use these people. They don't have plumbing knowledge at all!
I had a kitchen sink clog due to grease 18 months ago and Elite Rooter Denver performed a cabeling service. We have been very careful since then not pouring any food waste or grease down to the drain. A few months later, the drain got clogged again and I was suprised that the cabeling only last a few months. Elite Rooter Denver came out again and told me that cabeling did not clean out grease, I would need a hydro jetting. They told me hydro jetting would last at least two years (not like the cabeling), so I paid another $400+ and they gave me a warranty. However, less than a year, it clogged AGAIN... I called Elite Rooter Denver back, they said it was still the grease issue (they can use this excuse every time...), and this time they recommended a $1500 giant hydro jetting service. I declined and asked about the warranty. They stopped answering my calls and never called me back since then. So the warranty only garantees them having a chance to offer me a more expensive service??? Then I hired another company, they immediately pointed out that my air admittance valve ($20) needed to be replaced because most likely it got wet and contaminated by water backing up since the first clog, and I only need a cabeling in addition to that. Not sufficient air venting caused my sink draining slowly no matter if there was a clog, and that would significantly accelerate grease build up. That's why it got clogged again so quickly short after the cabeling and hydro jetting. Now after just a cabeling and replacing the air admittance valve, my drain flows even better than that after Elite Rooter Denver's hydro jetting. I did even ask Elite Rooter Denver if the clog had anything to do with the air valve before they did hydro jetting, and they said NO. They have no plumbing knowledge at all and just want to make as much of your money as possible.

This is a wonderful company with wonderful people!! I would highly recommend them for any household needs!!

Writing this review while Vaughn from Spartan is still here. We got the run around from multiple big name plumbing companies and were at our wit's end with trying to figure out what was going on. Spartan Plumbing was a last ditch hope that we could get some answers. Vaughn showed up and walked through all of the problems that had been reported by the previous companies and proceeded to disprove them. He walked me through each problem providing pictures and explaining what was going on. He was extremely helpful and really great to work with. Spartan Plumbing has won a lot of trust in me. I will absolutely use their services again, Vaughn especially.

Derek showed up pretty fast. Explained what the problem could be, options we had and best solutions. Being it was a hotel, the problem was fixed fast and double checked problem wouldn't occur again. In and out. Excellent service!

Brandon came in and augured the blocked toilet, and pulled out the mangled piece of wire mesh that had evidently fallen into the toilet, unbeknownst to me.

They cleaned 2 drain lines for $892 which I think is outrageous. I got a 100 discount so it would’ve been $992 for leaving a review which I did yesterday. But today after the camera showed there still a blockage in the line, they want to charge $8900 to dig a 8 foot trench in my yard to put in 2 clean outs, I decided it’s best to amend this review. I would not use this company again.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
