Shower drain was clogged. We have a snake that runs 3 ft but not for shower drains. Drain Terrier came out and ran a snake 15-20 ft down and cleared all the hair that clogged our drain. Once it was cleared he cleaned up the shower and bleached the pan. So not only did they fix the problem, they cleaned and bleached my shower too before leaving. Total was $225. I tipped the tech $50 for doing a great job. I definitely recognize this company to others.

The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. Im glad we got a 2nd opinion from a clearly superior service provider! Thanks Kyle!

I did not have a good experience with this company. We did a bathroom and kitchen remodel and needed plumbing replaced. The plumber made significant mistakes that they came out and fixed twice. The plumbing under the sink in the bathroom and kitchen are completely not compatible with the sinks and faucets we provided and had to be replace by us at our own expense because we have lost complete confidence in their ability to perform the requested tasks correctly.

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

Couldn’t be happier I called IIya to fix a reoccurring drain issue with our kitchen sink. He made it out with a few hours and had the problem was fixed within the hour. Like the other reviews before me mentioned, he takes pride in his work, is a pleasure to work with and charges a fair amount. I will be using IIya for all of our future plumbing needs.

Our water heater was failing and finally started leaking. We called several reputable companies, but settled on WHE Plumbing. We went with a new tankless water heater. WHE was able to promptly start the work within a day of the initial visit. They also found a new location for the tankless in our mechanical crawl space area to free up the utility closet that used to be occupied by our old 50 gallon tank. Very happy with the install and function of the new tankless system.

I was not sure what to expect when I ordered Kingrooter and Plumbing Co. to install a new faucet in my kitchen. They came out in a timely manner, installed my new faucet, and they even helped me connect the water line to my refrigerator. Everything was great!

We have now had O'Conner Plumbing do two jobs for us and I can't say enough how nice, professional and reliable they are. Their prices are also very reasonable which doesn't happen often when looking for a plumber.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
