Best A/C System Maintenance in Denver CO

These guys were awesome. I came home to a huge leak flooding my basement and gave them a call and seriously had a plumber there in 45 min. He found the problem which wasn't a easy one to fix and got the main shut off and repaired and then started on the original leaking problem. He was in and out in about 4 hours. I would use them again.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Friendly, communicated well, and helped me diagnose a pretty complicated shower leak quickly. Didn’t gouge me for a service call like some do. After having dealt with a lot of loser plumbers with my homes and rental properties, these guys are the only people I will call with issues in the future. Highly recommend.

I needed a new furnace and water heater. They said they would have the furnace done on Tuesday before the snowstorm. They put a rush on the water heater and also got it installed the same day. A team of elite (ninja) plumbers, electricians, and installers showed up. They got everything done and cleaned up the mess. Thanks guys.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Mark did an amazing job, was very clear about what needed to be done and what the process was going to be. He showed up same day and got the work done. I'm very appreciative of them being able to fix all of our issues!

We discovered saturated carpets in our basement and could not identify a leak. Steve (3637) came out right away and it was already 8:30 pm. He began his investigation and found the source of the problem and clearly laid out the potential clean up costs and plumbing repair. The plumber Robert (3637) was out shortly there after and stayed until midnight after isolating the problem. The cleanup crew was there early in the AM the next day to begin the dehumidification process and both Steve and Robert came back to finish the job. Highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...

Jeremy and John did a great job doing the ground work at my place in centennial ranch...in westcliffe co. Very professional, quality work, and great people! I wold highly recommend these guys and flowrite everytime.

Water had backed up in my basement. It drained again shortly afterward so it wasn't a super immediate emergency, but they were out the next day. Turns out some roots had made their way in to my old clay pipes out to the city sewer main. They had me ready to go by that afternoon. They were friendly and professional.

It's an honest business. Will definitely reach out to them again.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
