We have had them out 3 times, 3 times they listed different things that needed attention. Nothing was ever repeated. Felt like it was nothing but an upsale opportunity for them. Of course everything was 5k then presented in packages none of which were very affordable

George gave us excellebt customer service and went above and beyond to take time to not only fix the issue with our hvac unit , but he also spent hours troubleshooting why the problem was occurring. He spent time with me explaining everything and keeping me informed of everything. He was also transparent in the pricing and upfront before repairs were made. Jorge also came first thing the next morning to address a issue we had free of charge. He is very very thorough, has good communication skills with his customers and shows excellent customer service. 2nd time I've used Baker Brothers, first was AC replacement and I must say magnificent work. Today's hot water heater was just as good. I'll continue to call them. I won't speak to value as I did not shop around. I wanted these guys to do my work.

IM A VERY UNHAPPY CAMPER. the 22nd I called to have my AC repaired it was blowing hot air to hot for this. Maintenance guy came out was very nice. He replaced a battery in my switch out side he said we talked in the course of the repair he mentioned setting the thermostat, well alot going on he for got,I paid 289.00 for the work and service call.the Ac was blowing cold air that God, my 12yr grandson an I slept 2night with the window open to get little air so glad the AC is fixed. The next morning I called the office to ask could someone come out to adjust digital thermostat, that we for got to set. They said couldn't send someone unless I paid another 99.00 service fee, I explanation that was part of yesterday's service it didn't have to be him just any body in the area anytime. We just forgotten. They were to greedy and cheap to accommodate à customer without charge. I want use them anymore or recommend anybody.,besides I think all I needed was a battery in my thermostat I ended up replacing it the next day. hummm

Scheduled a maintenance check for our AC - Nothing wrong, but after a summer of heavy use and knowing the age of our unit, we wanted information about how it was holding up. Jose was terrific - professional, thorough, and very informative. He broke down the information and translated it so it was easy to understand and showed how it applied specifically to our situation. We are figuring out whether to do some repairs or replacements and he gave us great information for making some big decisions. I really appreciate the skill he showed, both in his understanding of AC systems and in dealing with customers.

Levy & Son mark ups caused the cost of service we asked for to simply be too high. To us, the cost wasn’t justified. We found a local Licensed/Insured Plumbing company that provided the same services for less. Adding to that, the local company we went with - S.M.R. Plumbing, have fair terms and warranty their work just as Levi & Son.
