We made a decision to replace our really old, under performing A/C system, this July. My research let me to believe that a Trane A/C would be the best system to install. Given the big out of pocket expense it was more important to get the right company to do the install. In fact that was my most important consideration. I chose Walker because of the previous reviews posted here and the many years they have been in business. I was not disappointed. The install was on July 15th. I monitored Walker's crew remove the old A/C and install the new one, which was very impressive. A week after the install Walker came out again to inspect the install and make sure we were please. And we are! Thanks Walker A/C for making my decision the right one! And thank you Trane, the XV20i is a amazing system.

I called with an outside leak and Tyler was at my house in less than an hour. He diagnosed the issue and arranged to return the next day. He showed up on time and completed the work in the time he specified.I like that I received a text with a picture and a little bit about the person coming to my house and that I could see his progress to my on his journey to my residence.All-in-all very happy.

Extremely friendly and professional. Explained everything in a way I could understand. This was to confirm another bid for work and he confirmed my suspensions. His inspection of my heating system saved me $2,500!! Awesome service! Highly recommend!! :)

My first rating was 1-star, but after the second trip the technician fixed the issue. Thank you!(first review) It took 4 days for them to call me back (yes, a weekend included), the girl answering the phone was pretty rude, and they wanted $300 x 2 units to clean the coils. Josh was fine but would not use them.

I am very impressed with the honesty of this company. I was told by a different company that a clean out was needed, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to install.So I called Gabe's. Gabe came out to install the clean outs at half the price of the previous quote from the other company.After he began digging he discovered the clean out was there, just buried.I had no idea they were buried and wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. He could have charged me the full price and pretended to install them, but he didn't.His entire staff has been friendly and professional. I am really impressed and will definitely use them again

Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing our household for at least a decade and I've come to trust them to do an excellent job in the least amount of time required at reasonable prices. The technicians are always professional and don't mind answering any questions I have. The owner takes time to connect personally with his regular customers and the staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. Their location in East Dallas is very convenient and they don't mind at all if you stop in for a friendly hello while you're out and about. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family regarding service requests and have provided me with good choices when it comes to replacing equipment. I would highly recommend them residentially. Great company all around!
