I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
