I called Dallas plumbing for an estimate to replace my water heater. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. However they did send a lovely gentleman within an hour to give me an estimate for $119 charge. My problem is with the exorbitant estimate. They wanted $3970 for a water heater replacement in the garage. Easy access. I called a competitor, got an over the phone estimate for HALF price! $1998 installed. Same brand, same thing. Same day install.

They arrive when they say, diagnose the problem and give a fair estimate. Above all, they know what they are doing, oh, and highly recommend JR !

Excellent service, quick, knowledgeable. They can troubleshoot our tankless rather than swapping out system like competitors. Saved us thousands of dollars and choosing Tank Yankers was the best decision we made years ago but it wasn't so clear as the day we had problems and they replaced a small part to get us back up in reasonable time!
