Have used this team for 20 years and they are always so personable and professional. That includes everyone from th office to the technicians. Will never use anyone else as long as I live in Dallas!

Tribeca was amazing! I just bought a new house and needed help with a broken toilet. Jay came the next day and took trips to Home Depot to get the special parts I needed and even installed a new toilet downstairs after I decided I wanted to upgrade to something that would use less water. He was SO nice, professional, fast, and thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will definitely call them again if needed!

All of our toilets were backed up, the main sewer line was clogged. The plumber showed up on time on a Sunday. The person was nice and professional. He had a price book that outlined the anticipated costs.We were charged $677.72 to auger the main sewer line, video the line and locate where the clog was located.We were then told that the point where our PVC pipe connected to the city clay pipe became disconnected. We were told it would be $3,800 to repair. We were in a bit of shock as we just paid $677 and the thought of another $3,800 was too much for the day.We called another plumbing company who arrived on Monday around 10am. The new plumber repaired the sewer line for $1,300 and that it would have been $1,300 had they come on Sunday.It never feels good to feel as though you've been taken advantage of...

Installed an entire outdoor system and did a timely, exemplary job. Those who did the work were very hardworking and courteous. I especially liked their team attitude. They are number one on my list!

The team at C&C Slab Leaks and Plumbing was exceptional in customer service, response time and guidance throughout our slab leak process. We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I made an appointment a week prior. The day of my appointment, I called them to check status and they claim they had wrong contact information, which is a lie. Then they claimed they had other jobs and rescheduled three times within the same day. Finally I was called after six hours for the rep to tell me there were emergencies in front of me like people needing hot water! What's the point of making an appointment if they won't be honored? When is s leak less important. Poor customer service and no respect for customer time.

I called due to my tub stopping up. They were there next AM and completed work within 20 minutes. Would def use them again in the future.

These guys are the best plumbers ever. My wife is a realtor so we have used many plumbers. This group from start to finish have been by far the best. They are truly in a league of there own. They where on time and did just an amazing job. Jaime was our tech and he was so meticulous and clean. He kept the walkway clear, as I need a cane most days it is important. He was so professional and communicated every step. Jerry, his boss was also amazing and kept us in the loop for every step. We could not have been more pleased. These guys all deserve a raise!!
