As a commercial plumbing engineer, I highly recommend Tribeca. My wife and I were very happy with their services. Our shower valve stem on an old shower failed open Sunday evening right as the hardware stores were closing. Unable to turn off our shower, I shut the water off to our house and we called a few emergency plumbers who might have the correct shower valve stem so we could turn our shower off and get our hot water back. Of all the businesses we called, Tribeca was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Jay took the time and effort on his Sunday evening to confirm which valve we needed before showing up without being able to help us. Although he did not have the specific stem, he was on site first thing in the morning with the right parts and had the issue taken care of quickly. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home. The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet. When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy.I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional.We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

I am very happy with the work that Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas did on my toilet. It was a complicated install because of the old piping and they took the time to do it right, without cutting corners. The plumber installed everything professionally and finished within a few hours. There were no leaks or other problems afterwards. Now I have a good functioning toilet at home thanks to them!

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Had a back bathroom that was not draining. Did a quick search a on Craigslist and they came up. Gave them a call and they set a time same day. Later they called back and ask if they could come even earlier which worked better for me. Gus was the tech that showed up. Very professional.
