In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. If he provided an unlikely customer with this level of sevice, I can only imagine the quality service real customers receive. Hard to find this calibre of customer service and integrity these days.

AAA Auger was great! They fit us in on the same day despite their very busy schedule. Dan was great! He found the blockage & took care of the issue & he also checked the house for any other issues. He helped with our slow drain in the bathroom sink which has been a problem for a while now. He also made suggestions on how to prevent blockages in the future. I highly recommend them & we will use them again if any other plumbing problems come up.

Pascual did a great job leveling my toilet, replacing the wax ring, and installing all new inner parts in my tank. Very nice man and explained everything throughly before doing the job.

Third time I was using their service. My bathroom sink accidentally broke down, which caused a leak in the wall, and it started going everywhere. I called, and they picked up in 10 minutes. Daniel came and had all repairs done within 2 hours! He went above and beyond to fix the leak and restore water to my house. He was so hardworking and efficient! It surprised me how fast and smoothly he had done his work. He made sure there were no damp spots anywhere. As always they charged reasonably. Excellent service, great communication and the highest level of professionalism! Thank you!!

My wife called to follow-up on an estimate that I did online.I have a problem with a water heater installed by another company almost 2 years ago.I WANT A NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED AND THEY REFUSED.WOW your business must be that good to turn down a job that all you have to do is come in install a new water heater and I pay you and you leave.I just don't get today's worker's I guess you just want to get paid and do no work......

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

I scheduled a plumber to come out and diagnose an emergency issue and waited several hours at home for them to call back/arrive, then they cancelled on me and rescheduled for the following day. The following day, I made arrangements to be home from work early for the plumbing visit, only to be cancelled on again. Can't comment or review on their ability as plumbers, but their customer service was terrible. Baker Brothers was able to schedule an appointment and stick to their commitment, give them a call instead.

Do not make this company your only call; you will regret it. I paid them $350 for a job they couldn't complete and they gave up in 2 hours. The company I called after them was able to complete my job in less than an hour for a third of the price.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.
