Best Repair Call in Dallas TX

Reeves came out to do a clean out of the sewer line due to a clog. The clean out was satisfactory. At the same time, I received a quote to repair the sewer line. When I called to schedule the work, I was told the proposal was wrong, I was quoted the wrong price, and the new price was $2K more than the price quoted. I have a written proposal detailing the costs. Reeves refused to honor the proposal and quote. This is unprofessional.

Phillip came out to made sure it wasn’t failure on the system they had installed and then called GP&L. Power company has already ran a new line to the house. PTL for such a great company and great employees.

Joe is very professional and caring about his clients.On Saturday night, a pipe was clogged(laundrymat) Called Joe ( because of his reviews) He showed up and took care of the problem ASAP!!! I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing.
