Dan is the man! On Sunday my toilet got clogged by a bar of soap. I called Rooter Connectionz and spoke with Dan. He offered a very reasonable price for the situation as I explained this really was due to bar of soap clogging the toilet!! My appointment was for the next day, but was rescheduled for the following day. Once he arrived after hours and saw with his own eyes this was SOAP, he started working and fixed it on the spot. I asked him who do I make out the check to and his response...NO CHARGE! I have to say I was in shock. He said, it was because of the resched. and time of arrival. I asked if he was sure? He replied Yes, it's ok! He apologized for the delayed service and wished me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving! This is what EXCELLENT customer service is. Third time I was using their service. My bathroom sink accidentally broke down, which caused a leak in the wall, and it started going everywhere. I called, and they picked up in 10 minutes. Daniel came and had all repairs done within 2 hours! He went above and beyond to fix the leak and restore water to my house. He was so hardworking and efficient! It surprised me how fast and smoothly he had done his work. He made sure there were no damp spots anywhere. As always they charged reasonably. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with A Star Heat & Air. Jeremy was extremely helpful, professional and courteous!!! He helped me select the very best unit for my needs, immediately got the crew started the same day (30 minutes after he left) and everything was installed the very same day (furnace, compressor, coil, plenums, new duct, etc.)!!!! It is so much cooler in my master bedroom with the new unit and I'm so pleased with the service I received from A Star!!!!

long story short, a technician came to my house, in 5 minutes claimed that I have a slab leak, changed me for the visit and left.I'm not a plumber but it was odd to me.I called American leak detection, the next day they came, did a 2 hours work trying to identify the issue, and by doing a proper tests it was a bath-tab drain.I guess you know the different from cost perspective.Good luck.

The only reason you get a star because I can’t review with zero stars. Jermaine came out to my house and couldn’t get my unit to turn on, he said the capacitor and the igniter were not working. He said since it was over 20 years old it would HAVE to be replaced. It could not be repaired. I called another repairman for a second opinion and he immediately discovered that my propane tank was empty. Once it was filled up the unit began working perfectly. As a recently widowed women I am very glad I chose to get a second opinion, and didn’t take jermaine’s advice. It was definitely not in my budget.

The gas company needed us to get a plumber at short notice, after calling 6 supposedly emergency companies, Staffs was the only one who really made an effort.
