We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

Came quickly to fix a clogged drain. They were upfront and transparent about pricing as well and did a great job explaining what was going on.

I've used Dallas Plumbing three times now. Two times on my own home, once for plumbing and once for a/c. Today 3/20/16, Dallas Plumbing Co serviced my boss's a/c unit in a home that is pending sale. It was important to get it done as soon as possible to satisfy the repair requirements. As always, they were prompt and charged a reasonable fee. I am very happy with the work that Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas did on my toilet. It was a complicated install because of the old piping and they took the time to do it right, without cutting corners. The plumber installed everything professionally and finished within a few hours. There were no leaks or other problems afterwards. Now I have a good functioning toilet at home thanks to them!

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.

I truly cannot say enough about this company. We lived in Garland in a home built in 1974 with original plumbing. We had to reach out to Winstead Plumbing 3 times in the course of 2.5 yrs. I assure you my husband loves to save and of course loves good quality. Each time we needed a repair we needed up using Winstead. They offered the best price, quality was good and we didn't have any issues with the plumbers they sent to our home. They have replaced a bathtub, reran a pipe and saved us all together from a made up needed repair that another company suggested.
