We had a leaking, running toilet and the downspout on our shower stopped working allowing us to only take baths. We called Dallas Plumbing to make a service appointment to have it repaired. They sent Austin Thomas out , he was friendly , arrived on-time and took care of all our plumbing issues quickly and at a very fair price. We are so appreciative and cannot wait to take a hot shower! After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.Thanks AAA Augur. I've had multiple great experiences with Peerless Plumbing Company and today was no different. We suspected a water leak, so we had the water turned off before heading out of town for the weekend. We returned home late last night and early the next day Bill from Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX showed up at the door. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked into all of the possible sources of the leak, thoroughly explained it to us, and determined that the leak was likely in our irrigation system. Although the problem couldn't be resolved, he gave us with plenty of information so that we now know who to call. Peerless Plumbing Dallas TX is always dependable, trustworthy and considerate. We moved into a brand new home and shortly after we started having air conditioning problems. The air conditioning makes a loud ticking noise when it comes on and goes off. It wakes my family up through out the night. The company has been to our house over 10 times and have made small repairs but the noise continues to happen. Now we are out of the warranty and they want to charge us to come look at it yet again to tell us that there is nothing wrong. I could write pages about our issues but overall stay away from the company. My next step is to contact the corporate office.

Cannot praise these guys enough- saved us from a nightmare! Bought an older home and thought it had no major issues, then wet spots started coming up all under the carpet! The pipes were so old they had eroded and the estimates we got from other plumbing companies were through the roof. When TSLR bid the lowest price, yet offered a 3 year warranty and offered a bunch of options.. we were scared it would be a ya get what you pay for mistake. Nope. Our techs showed up on time and charged us exactly what we originally agreed on. Now I know most plumbing companies are completw bs when they added all those necessary charges.
