My 1st time calling a plumbing company and dispatch said they'd be out Saturday from 9a-1p. I called them at 2:00p and they said they'd call me. Well its Tuesday. No CALL & No SHOW Hopefully BAKERS BROTHERS don't let me down. I sold my house and buyer wants water heater inspected. Hopefully I didn't miss out on a bargain house that Saturday.

Dallas Plumbing and Air was the 3rd company we called for our AC on our old system and ACTUALLY fixed for less than any of them. It's taken me a week to cool down after A-1 Air and Milestone totally let us down and truly showed their colors on what a rip off this industry can be. Our first call was to A-1 Air, but the very first thing was that the customer service person mistakedly told the repairman that we were to have a check up for our system when we clearly told her it was broken. My husband and I were not amused that A-1 Air torched (yes, torched) the fan blade off our old system so it was not reparable. I literally told A-1 to leave our house at that moment as this was obviously going nowhere - and got nothing fixed for our fee. Then Milestone came out for more ($99) and saw the torched fan blade - also not able to get parts on a Saturday. They wanted us to spend $8000+ for a new system we didn't need. We told them we just wanted our old system fixed so they estimated $800+ - on Saturday for the parts and magically those parts jumped up to more than $1400 on Monday. After all of that, we called one more company - Dallas Plumbing Company came out and fixed it for less than $600. Here's the bottom line, the air conditioning business is a racket. And if they think you are desperate enough, you will pay anything to get it fixed. The only way we survived this ordeal is that we have a 2nd air conditioner so we lived upstairs for days till all of this ended....Remember those that advertise alot on TV are making you pay for it in the end.....we appreciate Dallas Plumbing not trying to gouge us and we will remember them the next time we need our air and perhaps our plumbing too fixed.

Eric D. took great care of us! He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and told me we had a minor gas leak that was making a high pitch noise at the hot water heater. Excellent and quick service!

They gentleman that came to fix the AC, we’re great. Wish it wouldn’t have taken a week to get fixed but they made sure it was done and working before they left the house. Spent all day there and im very impressed.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. I had a leak which i didn´t know where it was coming from, this guys walked me through finding out if it was a slab leak which it was, then they came out to locate it and gave me a bid to repair it which was the best one compared to the other companies i called, so i called them back to repair it, great job they did completing it that same day. Strongly recommend this company.

Randy unstopped our clogged washing machine pipe. He repeated the process three times to make sure the pipe that drains our washing machine was completely unstopped & draining properly.

Great plumbing company, I called them and got a free estimate over the phone for slab leak repair in my house, their quote was fair so i went ahead and with the job, they were on time and completed the job that same day. Will definitely call them in the future for my plumbing issues.
