With the husband on active duty I decided to utilize my home warranty to take care of this repair to spare me the headache. I never spoke with Jake P, he had a tech with him that did the repair, Jake P sat in his truck. The tech never introduced himself, granted he came in and did the repair and replaced the garbage disposal but he didn’t pay attention to the tab you have to knock out for the dishwasher, so my dishwasher got backed up with water. I took care of knocking the tab out. I was unfortunately disappointed in the lack of communication. I asked if I needed to sign anything, he quickly said nope and practically ran out the door. I called the company regarding any product warranty, they never returned my call, in fact I feel I’m lucky I even got an appointment at all. Maybe in their mind my situation was a waste of time and money but we invest in these home warranties for good reasons and it was just disappointing not to get the same great experience other people seem to have had. If I had had my choice in companies I would not pick this one again, simply because the lack of communication and poor quick installation that caused me more problems than anything just left me dissatisfied. Can I install my own garbage disposal, sure, but when you’re a single mom dealing with so much of life alone, with the spouse who fixes everything gone serving his country, having someone else take care of these little repairs is a huge God send and stress relief.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND STILL LEAVE ISSUES!0/5 stars. Do not recommend.I called Frymire to address several plumbing issues in our home. They sent a plumber who quoted us $1200 to replace the flaps and valves in the tanks of two toilets. He then also quoted us $550 to snake a shower drain. Their plumber tried to justify the cost of the toilet repairs being that high by saying we were essentially getting a new toilet except for the porcelain.Additionally, our master shower had lost pressure and he said replacing the cartridge behind the handle would be $430. We did have him replace the cartridge because he told us it required a specialty part. However, after he did that there was still no water pressure and he told my husband that it must be an issue in the pipes and left.When I contacted the company again to say the issue had not been resolved the person I spoke with said that in order to have someone come back we would have to pay another service fee that wouldn't be waived unless the next plumber who came to do the repair deemed the issue to be with the work that had already been done.My only positive comment about this company is that both of the representatives I spoke to by phone (two ladies who's names I'm so sorry I can't remember) were very polite and tried their best to be helpful. The 1 star I'm giving belongs to them.

Regular maintenance check. Mark and Eduardo were EXTREMELY thorough and really took their time to make sure our AC unit was still running well. Very pleased!

Absolutely the most professional caring knowledgeable business and staff that I have worked with in a long time the price phenomenal I give them a five-star rating and love who they are as a company and what they stand for.

My heater wasn't working and it's 30 degrees outside. They gave me an appointment time for 3:30, so I made sure I was home by 3:15. An hour later I called their office since no one had arrived. They said someone had come by my house around 2:30 and no one was home. They offered to have someone else come out, but would be charged an emergency rate, or wait until Tuesday since Monday is a holiday. I have used them for 7 years, but never again.
