An honest plumber is hard to find, Jackie and Barbosa is one!Jackie Peavler is a great plumber. He was prompt, courteous and very friendly. Most important, he was upfront and honest about the work that might be needed including different options that we might run into. He fixed the problem the first time with no hassle and no need for rework. I appreciate this honesty from Jackie and Barbosa, especially since I'd called other plumbers first and they wouldn't even provide an estimate. I guess they expect someone to hire them and pay whatever they want. Jackie's and Barbosa's estimate was on the money so I knew what was needed and the cost.

Worked with Cory and team to install a pair of Trane XV18 with XC80 gas fired furnaces to replace my 22 year old equipment that had been struggling.I liked the way Walker service people would never push me to get new equipment and would try their best to simply repair my old units. Once I decided it was time, they engaged in the sales process, and it was never pushy or unpleasant. They let me know when there were discounts available which ultimately triggered our purchase.The installation went well and they left the house pretty much as they found it. I also feel the price point was good compared to other companies I talked with.

These folks give excellent customer service. I had an issue and called Customer Relations. Synthia expedited my call and arranged for a Service Tech to come out the next day. Paul came out and fixed my AC unit and checked it for any additional problems that I might not have known about. He was personable, friendly, informative, and also said he would be available for my contracted prepaid tune ups if I asked for him by name.
