Best Gas Leaks in Dallas TX

Everyone was super nice, and since it was a gas leak they were here fast and did a great job getting everything fixed, even coming out early the next morning to check on it again. I highly recommend them!

Let me start with, these guys are excellent. I have managed a few restaurants in the downtown Dallas area over the past few years and i have always used Tribeca. Always very professional and most importantly quick! They do the job right. Kevin, and Richard are excellent. As long as i am in dallas i will call them. thanks again guys

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! You don't need a commercial....word of mouth will work, and I will happily share my good experience. Thanks and God bless Maureen

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

The process was simple and the technician was out quickly. I was notified of his arrival 15 minutes ahead of time. Once in site, he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.The technician Tony and Stephanie in the office, were consummate professionals. I would use One Source again!

The crew showed up early, were very professional, prepared and courteous. It was a difficult job but they were efficient and tidy. We appreciate the great service.

One of our toilets was very clogged while we were having a big event. Every plumbing I called said they wouldn’t come at 11PM on a Saturday but Darnell Smith called and he made it a priority. He was done in under an hour! Definitely will be calling Darnell back again.

Got lucky finding Metro North for our plumbing needs. Joseph does great work for a very fair price and is always very efficient and professional. We have used them for running a drain line, replace pressure valve, repair shower valve and will continue to use them!

I called Water Heaters Only to replace my 13yr old unit and feel that it was the best decision I could have made. Their price was better than any of the big box home improvement stores. The installation was very professional. Jeremy was my installer and he did an excellent job. The entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only.

They advertise 24 hours, but they couldn't help me when I called.

Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

Quick and responsive. Dispatch was not the best at communicating the actual problem to the plumber, but the guy they sent was great and got the problem figured out + fixed sameday.
