Water heater had leakage and was out. I called Cody and Sons around 8:30 am for assistance. Evan was able to see me at 2:00. My new gas water heater was in place, fully operational by 5:30. Great service!!

Jose and his partner were Amazing: thank you for the awesome service. They arrived on time and very professional throughout the service for the HVAC system installation. They made the area for the new system look so much better than before. We bought our home and the system was 10+ yrs old so it was time. Thank you Jose for giving instructions on how to care and operate the system in simple terms (brain and heart of the system) for newbies like us we appreciate that. They kept the area nice and neat after their job was done.

The plumber that they sent out put the gasket and spring on backwards, which caused our hot water to run all weekend. We had to get another plumber (from another company) to come out and they were able to see the problem and fix it very quickly.

Routine maintenance of water heaters (drain, check for sediment formation, refill, check gas lines and burners, check pressure relief valves, etc) was performed quickly and professionally. Great company, great service!

Scheduled a plumbing appt for Thurs. Entire day went by with no tech. Received a call late in day from dispatch asking if we could reschedule for Friday. We selected the morning window (8-noon). It’s 4:30 pm now. We have called in several times today to get updates. Really rough customer service.We just cut bait and scheduled another plumber.
