Mr.Victor Lopez was very professional, knowledgeable and competent in his work. He and his assistant, John, worked to put up four ceiling fans and did it very professionally. As they worked, they were able to entertain my questions about some electrical issues as well as give me some ideas on possible future electrical jobs I should consider for my house. Thank you Victor and John for your work and for your courteous clean up.On a side note, people have jobs to go to that are seen as just jobs, it was good to hear that you guys were happy to work for a company that takes care of their people. As a Veteran, I am glad to hear that there are still companies out there that takes care of their people and see them as more than just employees. Good on you Baker Brothers.

My install was quick which doesn’t always translate to the best return on your money. I ended up with 2 returns next to each other. Suspicious but I thought they knew what they were doing. When I asked for a pricing on new vent I was consistently put off by , see how it goes with this set up. Then trying to schedule a “free” maintenance on this has been ridiculous: end up on voicemail with no return calls or get told they’ll get back to me when they have time.If you have the time and money go with someone more established cuz they weren’t even economical.

Spencer is a great technician. He inspected our HVAC system for presence of mold, which he found, and then he gave us several options on how we might wish to proceed. We are still deciding what to do, but Spencer was really good about explaining what he found and also explaining the various options. Very pleased, will do business with Frymire again!
