The tech was punctual and did a good job and was in an out pretty quick. All the problem was that the thermostat needed a new battery and he could have charged his $85 service call just for replacing a battery but he did other things for the heater maintaining it which I thought was pretty cool. After I've explained the condenser not turning during hot, peak summer for a hour or so during the evening, in 5 min, he was showing me the side of the AC fan unit outside which was completely clogged with dirt/dust and told me that the unit would shut down from overheating at the hottest time of the day because of that. He was honest, quick, and professional and knew his stuff and quickly pointed out what needed to be done. Great person too. I'm very impressed by their overall service and staff and particularly this individual who pointed out a simple solution to me. Greatly appreciate it.

I have a gas leak & a new line for the gas needs to be put in. It is very expensive & unfortunately the pipe they are not allow to repair per Atmos.Juan (plumber) has done a great job with giving me details.Also NTX plumbing does a good job texting me regarding the appointments.I appreciate NTX service & great follow up.After the repair of the gas line I had problems with Air in the system. (Air was blocking the air)NTX accommodated my schedule to purge the system. I am So glad to have hot water &Heat again!Thank You!Maureen

Bobby from Frymire did an excellent job with my AC system today. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and thorough. He answered my many questions and explained exactly what was going on with my system. I felt very comfortable with him in my home (single, female, so that's kinda a bug deal). And was very happy with the service I received.

These are bad people! My AC was out due to a power surge that fried the mother board on the unit. Since the condenser was 12 years old, parts were difficult to come by making replacement the only choice in stead of repair. Levy told us this and it was confirmed by other contractors. Levy sent a slick salesman to upsell us on replacing the entire system because it was really better to just do the whole thing... Mechanical Air Design replaced the needed condenser only at half the price of Levy. I would highly recommend them and will never all Levy again.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

0/10 would not recommend. Wasted my time when the word insulation came up in a competitors bid and my inspection report. Wouldn't even bother to come out for other issues not related to insulation.
