The technician was very friendly and explained to me in great detail the steps he was about to take to fix the gas lantern. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it. He provided a warranty on his work. The gas lamp is now working as new! Highly recommended.

i’d love to support farmers branch plumbers, but good luck hearing back from these guys. have tried more than once to get them out for jobs and have yet to get anyone to return a voicemail, text message or email.

Dallas Plumbing is good for basic things. Initially i called in to have a bidet seat and a shower (attached) installed. The team was courteous and scheduled me. There was no appointment confirmation but that's not a particular bother to me. The technician when he showed up was kind and he took one look and said, I don't know what to do with that, they'll have to calls someone else to do that. That isn't the service i expected. I expected better service or for the scheduler to have a better grasp of the tasks at hand. Feel free to use them, however be very explicit with what you need.

On a scale of 1 - 10, they've earned a solid 10 for services rendered and what I think about the business. Turnaround in getting the replacement parts needed was amazing--within 24 hrs. Thank you!

Had water backed up in the kitchen close to midnight, called and had Juan here within an hour. He hooked everything up and got us going in half an hour. Definitely would let this company to additional work on my home!

Alfredo and his team came to help after Atmos Energy did some work and left our water tank with an alarm going off and no hot water. Swan plumbing came to look at the issue first but later in the night the alarm went off again. This is when Alfredo from U.S. plumbing came and were able to get the problem resolved and were quick and responsible in figuring out the issue. I was thankful to hear the issues and explanation as this is my first time having to work with a plumbing service. This was a great experience and they truly are good people. They even checked to ensure everything was running smoothly! Highly recommended

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

The plumbers came immediately and completed our shower installation efficiently and effectively. The office personnel was also quite accommodating.

Had a blown capacitor. It's tough to buy these things if you're not a contractor. It's nice that they sell to the public. I expected to pay a bit extra for the part since it's not wholesale, but if I did, it wasn't much. $13 and I was on my way. Oh and the gentleman who helped me also insisted on testing my existing capacitor before selling me a new one. Kind of a great thing to do. He didn't have to, and if the capacitor was fine, he would have lost a sale. I appreciate the help. I'll be a returning customer....but hopefully not too soon.

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Wilson installed a new system for 2 floors in past 2 years. Spent major bucks. Now I have what appears to be black mold covering the ceiling outlets both upstairs and down. Their technician came out and after several minutes advised he needed a second opinion. He's never called back. Meanwhile, I scheduled a plumber to come and repair a faucet outside. I waited all day- he never called or showed. Mr. Wilson advised that his wife had forgotten to write down the appointment. They never called to apologize. I've had it!
